✹ This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.



✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.



✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.



✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with us, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are seeking an alternate venue for their affairs or events. We reserve the right to turn away such guests.



✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.



✹ The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.



✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the back of the house.



✹ At the rear of Chatham Manor, we have a separate unit known as the Carriage House, which is also available for reservation. Please rest assured that the outside amenities such as the fire table, hot tub, and parking in the driveway are exclusively reserved for guests staying in Chatham Manor. We prioritize your experience and privacy, and thus, these amenities are solely for your enjoyment.



★★ RULES AND GUIDELINES ★★



✹ To accommodate all group sizes, we charge additional fees per person after the third person.



✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own.



✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the house.



✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.



✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.



✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.



✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"



✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:



✔ Pet Cleanup: $500 - $1000 (minimum), depending on the severity

✔ Party Cleanup: $750 Minimum

✔ Smoking Remediation: $700

✔ Damaged Towels: $20 Each

✔ Damaged Linens: $50 Each

✔ Comforter: $200

✔ Duvet Cover: $100



✹ Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.



✹A $500 damage waiver fee is required for all stays exceeding 30 days.



✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor.



✹ Guests must complete a check-in form, upload a valid ID for identity verification, and sign a rental agreement.



✹ Please note that by booking, you consent to a third party screening your identity and checking criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms for guest screening can be requested from the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Girl’ Trip

7 retired teachers found the home to be beautiful and very clean. All amenities were there. Michael was patience and very prompt in regards to my questions. The location was close to restaurants and activities. We all felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. We will come back - highly recommended!

Great for a girls weekend

Six of us stayed for three nights - it was perfect for gathering, talking, laughing, and reminiscing. The owners made it a point to preserve the history of the house when they renovated and it's beautiful - there's original brickwork and beams, and they recycled other materials from buildings in the area. It's fairly close to downtown and restaurants in Ohio City are a short walk away. This is the second VRBO we've done in the area and this one is our favorite so far - we'll be back!

Bachelorette Party

This house is perfect for a bachelorette party, girls trip or a family trip to visit Cleveland! It is as beautiful as the pictures show, it's walking distance to several great places and is stocked with all of the essentials. Our group would recommend this house to friends/family for sure!

Great house- great location!

Wanted to stay in Ohio City and this was perfect! This house is amazing! Old house with all new renovations. Fun to walk to all the bars and restaurants both days we were there. The new field across the street was hopping with activity too. Also used the nice kitchen for a meal that we bought at West Side Market. Added bonus was the fire table and hot tub!
