Tremont gem newly redesigned and fully remodeled!

Historic charm and modern amenities. Private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a Queen size bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. WiFi. Smart TV. Steps from one of Cleveland's trendiest neighborhoods, shopping on West 25th. Very walkable! Short ride to Edgewater Beach, Downtown, theater district, sport venues and major hospitals. Great for traveling nurses, temporary insurance claims housing, or corporate rentals!
The space
One-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a multi-family with a full kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker).

Note: This is the second floor unit of a multi-family with its own private entrance from the front porch and separate HVAC. Noise may travel between floors, so please be respectful of other guests and keep the noise down. You will most likely not be the only guest in the house so please be aware of that before booking. Since there are multiple units in this building, there is always potential for noise. If you are sensitive to that, please do not book this space.

Great Stay In Cleveland

I spent five night at this property to go to three ballgames between the Yankees and the Guardians and to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the house from the A Christmas Story movie. The property was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cleveland and I would recommend it to my friends and family as well.

Kendall was very friendly and accommodating, the place was absolutely adorable. The only downside was that you had to park on the street, and there wasn’t anything available, but Kendall told us that since we were only staying one night, we could park in the driveway, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway in Tremont

We took a quick weekend trip to explore Cleveland, and Cody’s place was the perfect place to stay. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood right down the street from the Christmas Story House, and it is a quick and easy drive to all the sights in the city from there. It is very clean, has a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and extra blankets, and unexpected extras like a lighted mirror with defogging feature, full size washer & dryer, and coffee! It’s in a well-established area, but the interior looks recently renovated and it still smells new. The host pays special attention to little details and it shows. The towels are so soft, and the decor is fun and modern. We would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a central place to stay in the city!
