“We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The location was excellent, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit, and having on-site parking was a real bonus. Our room was clean, comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely touch. “To say it was above a pub it was very quiet, the room looks like it’s just been refurbed, Room 3, new toilet, shower etc. the breakfast choice was great and quality second to none. The staff were great, there when you needed them, out of sight when you didn’t. Very homely feel and will 100% book again. “Called craig for check in, was greeted with him with a blood all around his nose telling us hes not well and his girlfriend had noroviris. Don't think I've used as much hand santiser since 2020. Other was room looked good and spacious good for a night or two. Good location, The boathouse cafe over the road is a great too and just over road for for breakfast.”
