Ville a Cleveland

“The facility was just old but for how old it is it was kept up well”

“The property was clean, had nice staff and was reasonable for our family weekend at Syracuse University.”

“There was not much food left by 8:40 as breakfast ended 9am.”

“Overpriced for Syracuse family weekend. This is a $150-$200 room value at best and it was fine for that, but we paid over $650.”

“I assumed this hotel would be adequate. It was not. One look at the sad bed with three old pillows huddled in the corner and a thin blanket pocked with cigarette burns and I went to Target to buy my own bedding. Thank goodness I did because when I pulled the covers back there was a blood stain where my face would be. Nasty. In the bath toilet was not bolted to the floor, tub glaze was worn through and shower head so lime scaled almost not water came out. No one deserves to stay in this squalor.”

“It was good for the price you paid. It wasn’t bad at all and everyone was nice”
