“Disappointed, This is a property we stay at often. I choose this hotel because I'm older woman with arthritis and and when traveling I always book a hotel with a hot tub to ease my body before bed. After our arrival and getting settled in our room I went to the pool area and stepped into the spa tub to find it ice cold. I reported it to the main desk and the clerk said he would report it.
