“New hotel ”

“Clean, convenient, the owners were helpful and warm, facilities were very comfortable. ”

“Room was clean. Location was convenient as we had to catch a very early flight the next morning at Avalon airport. The name says "Hotel". It is a more a motel than an hotel. It was fine for our short term needs.”

“Quiet location and parkland setting. Lovely pool and comfortable poolside seatings/lounges. Reception and dinner staff helpful and friendly. ”

“Room had a stale smell. The shower head fell off. No contact with any staff. Other than that, good.”

“Great view if you’re on the top floor. Tap necks are too short in every room and public bathrooms. You have about 1-2cm from the water flow and the edge of the sink. Poor water pressure as well.”

“The room was very clean. Two bedrooms and plenty of space. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Location was perfect, 10 mins out of Torquay and close to Geelong. Easy to find and get in and out of.”

“Everything was wonderful. Leah was very kind and hospitable. Our stay was perfect. The only thing I could suggest to improve things is to provide a bottle of water, and to perhaps source some better tasting coffee. Australia is famous for its coffee culture, but unfortunately, we’ve had some subpar pods in the hotels we have stayed at thus far, which is in stark contrast to the delicious coffee we’ve had at cafés.
