* Nakoma Resort upgrade is optional. Access includes Altitude recreation center and ability to dine at Middlefork bar and bistro. Resort fee is $20/person per day and passes must be for consecutive days, and be booked a minimum of one week in advance. All guests must sign a resort e-waiver.

* We are located in a beautiful, forested, high fire danger area, so no smoking of any kind or outdoor fires are permitted.

Dream Maker Mountain Retreat is located within Gold Mountain and governed by the community HOA. A list of community guidelines and house rules is included in the guest welcome book at the home. Please message your host if you would like to see this list or the house rules and checkout instructions in advance.

Free parking is available in the driveway and garage. No street parking is allowed in the community. We have a Tesla battery charger available for guest use at no extra charge.

Altitude recreation center at Nakoma Resort is a spectacular $7 million dollar, 12,000 sq. ft. facility with fun activities and delicious food & drinks for the whole family. Optional resort upgrade is highly recommended!
Absolutely no smoking of any kind or parties/events will be permitted per the community HOA rules.

We are a dark sky community which means epic stargazing is possible, so the HOA asks that all exterior lights be turned off by 10pm.

The home has 3 king beds, and 1 twin bunk bed with trundle, which sleeps a total of 9 guests. Up to two additional guests may be added (max 11) with permission from host with an extra nightly fee of $50 per person. Pets are permitted with a $100 per pet fee. Maximum 3 dogs.
