Nuova casa di 110 m2 con nuove attrezzature situata in una zona residenziale, in una zona tranquilla, con vista sull'Ile de Groix, vicino alle grandi spiagge sabbiose, il sentiero costiero (GR34), negozi,
campi da tennis (300 M), club nautico (800 M), parco giochi per bambini (500 M).

Casa spaziosa, luminosa e funzionale:
- Cucina attrezzata aperta su ampio soggiorno,
- 3 camere da letto (6 letti 160+ letto 140 + 2 letti modulari 90),
- 1 bagno doppio lavandino con cabina doccia,
- 2 servizi igienici separati, 1 con lavabo,
- 1 cantina,
- Mobili da giardino per 6 persone, 2 lettini + tavolo, 2 poltrone, barbecue a carbonella.

Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Le Pouldu ist ein nettes Touristenörtchen und die Region bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war exzellent und freundlich.

Such a great location for river and beach walks without using the car. The bed was super comfy and everything clean and tidy. The weather was good but not perfect so had a lazy day in the house but so very relaxing. Apart from the little shop in the town there is a good Carrefour Contact 10 mins away and a good LeClerc 25 mins away in Quimperle. Also if you are into art, this is the place to stay.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Le Pouldu erlebt. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Die Strände sind sehr schön und leicht zugänglich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Neues, modernes Haus mit Meerblick in sehr ruhiger Lage und wunderschöner Umgebung. Der Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden wieder kommen!

Je recommande vivement cette location pour l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des prioritaires et bien sûr pour la qualité de l’hébergement. La maison est absolument superbe, idéalement située, avec tous les confort digne d’une très belle résidence principale. Rien ne manque et tous les équipements sont de très bonne qualité et dans un état neuf, comme la maison. Nous reviendrons c’est certain.

Ein sehr modernes Haus mit Top-Ausstattung und Blick auf das Meer und die Ile de Groix. Schöner großer Garten, Terrasse und Balkon. Empfehlung: Fahrrad mitnehmen, dann sind mehrere tolle Strände stressfrei erreichbar. Überhaupt ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und andere Ausflüge. Wir fahren gerne wieder hin.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war von A bis Z hervorragend. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie spricht etwas Englisch und hat sich sehr bemüht, uns alles zu erklären. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, ist in guter Qualität vorhanden: besonders die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Terassenmöbel mit Sitzpolstern, Liegenauflagen qualitativ hochwertig und in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage in Gehweite zum Ort und zum Strand.👍 Wir werden wiederkommen

La maison est située au Pouldu et permet d'aller à pied à la plage des Grands Sables ou au marché. Elle est récente, très propre et très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine. Le logement est adapté pour les vacances avec des enfants avec un jardin clos. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie très confortable. Manuella est une hôte très sympathique et réactive. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison lumineuse et très bien équipée. Maison au calme avec une terrasse où il a fait bon se détendre. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente chez soi avec une propriétaire est très attentionnée.

Das Haus ist erst drei Jahre alt. Es war alles sehr sauber und auch die Küchenausstattung war besser als in den meisten Häusern. Es liegt auf einer Anhöhe in einem Neubaugebiet, zum nächsten Strand sind es 800m und auch die anderen beiden Stränden in Le Pouldu kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Ort liegt für Ausflüge sehr geschickt (Pont Aven, Auray, Qumiperlé) und bietet auch in nächster Nähe tolle Möglichkeiten für jeden und jedes Wetter! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison au dessus de la plage. Quelques centaines de mètres à pied pour rejoindre une très belle plage de sable fin. Maison très bien équipée, très agréable, avec une jolie décoration. Espace extérieur avec tout le mobilier

Great Location of the house on a Hill in walking distance to Many nice beaches. House was very clean and new. All Needs available. Garden and Teracce for having breakfast and dinner. Always again!
