- Guests are welcome to use the provided pine cones as natural fire starters, which are readily available on the property
- The property is designed for safe wildlife viewing from the elevated back deck. Wildlife such as elk and deer may be seen in the area, but animals do not have access to guest spaces or the home
- The property is easily accessible via paved roads with no steep terrain, and is suitable for standard 2WD vehicles year-round
