"La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. ..."

"Our room was gross. There were hand prints on the door. Dirty towels folded like they were clean. Marks all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper. The AC was out in the lobby/breakfast area. The fitness room was dated, dirty, no towels and broken equipment. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people the ..."

"The housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were incompetent. They put us in a room that was already occupied and it took a long time to check in. Also, there was permanent mold on the tub--the kind that can't be cleaned off so it wasn't the housekeeping staff's issue. ..."
