    Sei il benvenuto a un falò con gli amici di fronte alla casa se si trova a 50 piedi a ovest dalla linea della vegetazione.

    La casa sulla spiaggia Cleanline si trova a Tierra del Mar, Oregon. A due ore di macchina (106 miglia) dall'aeroporto internazionale di Portland. Direttamente davanti e verso sud è un luogo popolare per il lancio e il giro di moto d'acqua, almeno in parte grazie al facile accesso al veicolo pubblico. Cape Kiwanda e le dune possono fare una bella camminata verso sud. Di fronte e verso nord, Tierra Del Mar è una spiaggia molto più tranquilla e rilassata. Più a nord è Sandlake, che è un ottimo posto per osservare la fauna selvatica, ma ha anche dune per la guida ATV / Moto / 4x4, e un po 'più di vedetta del Capo offre escursioni e surf.

    La cittadina di Pacific City è dove puoi esplorare le pozze e le dune di Cape Kiwanda, prendere alcune onde, andare a cavallo sulla spiaggia, prendere una barca dory e goderti la pesca d'altura, mangiare al pluripremiato Pelican Pub o Grateful Bread Restaurant. Guidare 25 minuti a nord per vedere la famosa fabbrica di formaggi Tillamook. Goditi un tour della fabbrica e ovviamente la loro incredibile varietà di formaggi e gelati. 30 minuti a sud si trova Lincoln City, dove si trova l'Outlet Mall con negozi premium, aquiloni, uno dei migliori skate park dell'Oregon, ristoranti sulla spiaggia, il mercato dei frutti di mare di Barnacle Bill dove è possibile acquistare pesce fresco e patatine, negozi di antiquariato e Chinook Winds Casino. Attendo con ansia una giornata divertente in spiaggia!

We rented the house so we could do a family gathering from all over the states and the house and location were perfect! It had everything we needed to cook meals.

We hosted family to celebrate a milestone birthday at the house, and everyone loved it. The views of the ocean from nearly every room are stunning, and proximity to the beach is outstanding. The house is very well appointed and offers several gathering spaces for groups, which makes it great for sharing food and drinks. Some members of our group are older, and found the stairs and bathtub showers a bit challenging to navigate, but overall we all enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here. The only thing not mentioned in reviews, or perhaps we missed it, is that the home is on the line for cars to drive on the beach. Everyday a car would get stuck, so while it did not impact our stay, it was something we were not expecting. One night a truck/camper that got stuck came to the home for help, and since we were not from the area, we did not know how to assist. We were even approached for help while walking on the beach. Again, not a big deal, just something we did not anticipate and/or know how to assist with. The host was great, and the home was gorgeous! We would definitely stay again.

The host is super helpful and welcoming, the home was perfect and had all the necessities, the location is incredible and so is the view! Thank you for your hospitality! It’s our second time staying with this host and cannot recommend them enough!!

Perfect Beach House

The house was perfect! Right on the beach, nice fire-pit and outdoor area we enjoyed nightly! Beds were very comfortable and cozy! Views are amazing, from the living room to all the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area and great location to all the amenities in pacific city.

Beach reunion

The property was perfect for our large group. Easy access to the beach, nice grill, patio space and fire pit . Outdoor shower was wonderful for getting the sand off our feet. Beds were comfortable! Benj also had nice welcoming touches that were appreciated. This was our 2nd time staying here. Happily recommend it once again!

Beautiful modern house

An absolutely beautiful house directly on the beach! It’s not common to find such a modern house on the coast. It had had everything we needed, we had 11 adults and fit in the space very comfortably. Allowing us a late check out was the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

50th birthday with 10 adults. We were so comforatble and happy. What an awesome place. We will be back for sure. Only wsh is that the wifi was stronger, made it very difficult to watch a movie.

Amazing beach front sunsets

beautiful beach front home. We enjoyed lots of fire pit fun with family making smores and watching beautiful sunsets. location was a little out of the way but we wanted it that way. Entry to the beach for 4 wheelers was just next to the house. We were afraid it would be noisy but honestly, didn't hear any of them but it was fun to watch. Food market and fun was not far.. about 2 1/2 miles away. Would stay here again.

Beach views for days!

My family loved this house, we will be back. The house was very clean and had all the necessary housewares and beach equipment. We had a fire pit one night and roasted marshmallows. The kids loved it. The house is very kid friendly. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Great house for a family vacation. Parking is easy and the neighborhood is nice. Close to town for a dinner or two!! Recommend very much!!

Families Getaway

Had an amazing time at the house. House is way larger than the photos look which was a good surprise. Very, very, clean and well stocked. Access to beach was priceless. The outdoor fire pit was great. Just a fantastic house overall. Only issue (not the fault of the house owner) was that the entire row of houses on that part of town had wifi outages which was bad because there is not any cell reception at the house for any of us that were there so we were a bit out of touch unless we went into pacific city proper. So just be aware youll need wifi connectivity if you want to use your phones to call etc.

Magical

Our stay at Terra Del Mar was fantastic. There were 8 adults and 7 kids (6 were 6 yrs & under). The direct beach access was perfect and the outdoor shower a much used station! While the bedrooms were small and places to put luggage were limited we managed. The beds were great and the giant kitchen island was well used. It was warm at the beach and with beautiful floor to ceiling windows the air conditioning was wonderful. The grill pictured was not there and the small portable one was not cleaned. We skipped it. We appreciated the kid toys, sand toys and plastic kitchen wear for the littles!!! We hope to rent again sometime soon.

Pre- Christmas Family Time

The house was the perfect size for our group of 15. The group consisted of grandparents, their 3 kids, spouses, and the the grandkids. Each set of adults had their own bedrooms with bathroom plus the kids' bedroom. We appreciated that 2 of the adult bedrooms along with the kids' bedroom were on the North end of the house while the other 2 bedrooms were on the South, separated by the kitchen/living areas. Perfect for the grandparents! The beach access is wonderful. The house in yards from the sand and the under house parking is at beach level - no climbing skills needed. We have rented houses through VRBO and other sites and have occasionally found the description and photos misrepresented the actual 'situation' - wear and tear/ cleanliness/room size. Not in this case! We found everything as represented in the photos and descriptions. We highly recommend 'Cleanline'.

Me and the families staying with me had a great time renting the property. The check in and out was simple and fast and the property was super clean with no mess. Tons of smiles and laughter during our stay. Tons of space and the view is amazing with the enormous windows from the grounds up. I highly recommend this property for all of you.

Breathtaking ocean view

This property is so unique. Right on the beach, floor to ceiling windows to take in the gorgeous Oregon coast. Accommodations were comfortable and ample. Working with Benj ahead of time was great. Nice guy, and quick to respond to questions. Air conditioning worked great, all appliances, bedding, towels, cooking apparatus, etc were adequate. We would definitely recommend this property.
