"Il Sand Castle è l'ambiente ideale per la tua prossima vacanza al mare. Questa casa recentemente ristrutturata di fronte all'oceano ha un muro di finestre con vista sull'oceano che mostra la bellissima Oregon Coast e la spiaggia appartata di Tierra Del Mar. Questa casa di lusso a misura di famiglia offre WIFI, una cucina gourmet, una doccia multigetto e una master suite con un letto king-size.
Layout - 2 livelli di casa. L'ingresso di primo livello ha den, bagno completo, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, camera da letto con letti a castello / doppia e letti a castello / doppia e patio con vista sull'oceano. Al piano superiore dispone di greatroom fronte mare con soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e 1/2 bagno. Ponte sull'oceano Master camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno completo.

Il villaggio di Tierra Del Mar è una piccola comunità di tradizionali case sulla spiaggia a 3 miglia a nord di Pacific City lungo la Strada Panoramica dei Tre Capi. Ci sono diverse stradine tranquille fiancheggiate da due cabine storiche e da case sulla spiaggia più grandi che conducono direttamente all'accesso alla spiaggia. Tutte le case a Tierra Del Mar sono una passeggiata facile e veloce verso la spiaggia. Qui la spiaggia è tranquilla e le spiagge lunghe possono camminare per ore in questo lungo tratto che è relativamente sconosciuto. È un buon posto per i bagnini che spesso trovano agate e carri armati giapponesi in vetro. L'area ricreativa Sandlake Dunes si trova a 4 miglia a nord.
Le regole di occupazione sono rigorosamente applicate e si applicano all'intera proprietà durante il soggiorno. Ulteriori ospiti per uso quotidiano possono essere ammessi con la pre-approvazione della direzione.

location location location

If you want a place for peaceful strolls on the beach, a great deck for sunset, cozy fire for damp days this is the spot. The ground floor could use some refreshing, replace/supply beach chairs, and provide updated clarified house instructions.

Hidden Gem

Easy check-in after hours! The view of the ocean from the house is amazing! It was just the two of us, but there's lots of room to roam in the house. The kitchen was well-stocked, beds were ultra-comfy, and I wanted to take the modular sofa home with us; it was so nice to watch the waves from the house. The cable TV was a little tricky to activate until I figured out that opening the TV cabinet doors allowed the signal to reach the remote. We would love to bring our grandkids with us next time, because there's plenty of beds downstairs and it's an easy, short walk to the beach!

Great rental property but poor management company

Only issue was we notified property management of a down spout that had rusted out and was blowing in to the side of the house by the master bedroom and they did nothing to correct this problem in the next 24 hours, so was very hard to sleep with the banging noise! All they had to do is use a later to take it off! They were unwilling to give us any compensation for this inconvenience 😬

Beautiful location

The house is lovely and location is perfect. Our family (2 adults, 2 children ages 4-6) thoroughly enjoyed having the beach to ourselves the vast majority of the time, and we used the fire pit most nights for magical autumn fires. Clean, warm, ample kitchen supplies. Cute touches like puzzles, books, huge stuffed animals for kids on the bunk beds. The only negatives, and they are so minor, were the hand soaps were watered down and the gas grill didn't light. All in all, a fantastic experience and we'd rent here again in a heartbeat!

Great location with amazing view

Our family loved the view of the ocean on the main floor living space. The beach was right out the door with a view of haystack rock from the dining area. Beds were comfortable. The house was well equipped with lots of space. Pacific City was close but services were a bit limited. There was a great walking trail in the nature area just a short drive north. Would recommend this house for anyone looking for a laid back beach stay.

We have a wonderful time at this location. The furniture needs updating or cleaned. Area rugs need cleaning and dining chairs are dirty and broken. The savings grace for this house is a fantastic location with giant windows

Perfect stay on Oregon Coast

The rental was perfect for 2-9 people. Lots of space, right on the beach, and very close to Pacific City. Highly recommend. You won't regret it!

May getaway

Was so nice to have a quick getaway where we had all we needed....clean, spacious home with a well set up kitchen! The view was spectacular! My family of 6 had a great time whether on the beach or hiking or just sitting in the living room with the sliders open, listening to the waves! Thank you!

The pictures are spot on!

You really ARE this close to the water! You views really ARE more beautiful then the pictures depict! AMAZING! The area is so nice a peaceful. Pacific City, just down the road is fun w/ lots of dining options. Beds were great, the master especially. The Kitchen and living room space are spectacular. I So wish that I lived here full time.

Beautiful house along the beach

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The view of the beach was amazing. The kitchen is very modern, fun to cook in. The beds were really comfortable. The campfire pit was also good to make s’mores and just hang out. Would definitely come back! Cons: I wished they told could’ve told us the BBQ grill is actually a propane grill, not charcoal. Theres no reception in the house and the WiFi was really slow.
