“Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating.”

“Found a roach in the room and bugs behind the paintings. My wife and son were there for a baseball tournament. Absolutely disgusting, will never stay there or that brand hotel again, No staff, automated check in, horrible experience.”

“False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here.”

“The first shock I had is when I arrived and I paid my deposit then I was asked to pay for parking and they very open and not full parking lot of hotel it made no sense to me $12 which was supposed to be $10 with a $2 tax then the room that I stayed in didn't have any proper drapes just sheer curtains so it faced the parking lot and upon getting out the shower I realized my business was open to the street I asked if there were any curtains they moved me keep in mind all of this is taking place...

“This was one of the worst motel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedding, holes in the walls with bugs coming out of them, and hair all over the bathtub and floor, and the refrigerator did not work in the room which was a major inconvenience for a breastfeeding mother. It was very clear the room had not been properly cleaned. The entire building smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, which made it extremely unpleasant....

“For the five days that we were there, we did not receive any kind of housekeeping. I had to call to the front desk for someone to come and bring us new towels and check our room and no one never did. “The front desk was very kind. We had to change the room because it wasn't cleaned after the last occupant used it! The second room was not so clean anyway.
