“The room was fine. A little used but clean. The facility is really lacking especially with parking. They seem to have plenty of open slot for Elite members who obviously never go to North East, PA. On the other hand they forget about handicap parking with only two slots for the entire hotel. Including myself needing one I saw numerous cars with a placard but no where to park. They need to rethink their parking situation. Makes it tough for someone to load and unload in tight spaces.”

“The staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was poorly set up, a massive dresser at the foot of the bed left such a small gap that you had to walk sideways to pass to the other side of the bed.
