Una vacanza perfetta nel bellissimo lago Findley. Ideale per sciatori e diportisti.

Questo cottage ristrutturato del 1900 circa offre tre camere da letto, un bagno e mezzo, una cucina moderna e un portico con vista mozzafiato sul lago. A pochi passi dalla porta d'ingresso un nuovo molo privato che offre aree per rilassarsi, andare in barca, nuotare, pescare e semplicemente sedersi. Quando pensi che non potrebbe andare meglio, ritirati nel patio arredato dietro il cottage e goditi il camino in mattoni. Accendi la griglia a carbone e goditi la serata. Se stai cercando un posto per allontanarti dal trambusto della vita quotidiana, Sunnyside Up è il posto che fa per te!

La cucina recentemente ristrutturata è completamente fornita. Il seminterrato contiene un tavolo da biliardo e lavatrice / asciugatrice. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e ampie finestre con vista sul lago. Le altre due camere hanno letti matrimoniali. Il soggiorno offre calore e intimità con un camino a gas. Il futon può ospitare due. TV via cavo e Wifi.

Per TUTTE le stagioni, Findley Lake è un posto meraviglioso per creare ricordi.

Ski Weekend at Peak N Peek

We enjoy staying at Findlay Lake when we visit the ski area for the long holiday weekend. Sunny Side Up was a very nice and clean place. It was a little small for us and during the winter there is no access to the extended porch. We didn't spend a lot of time there (skiing all day) so it wasn't a big deal. We had a very nice time!

A little treasure!

My family and I booked this trip last minute because we decided it was the perfect time to learn how to ski :-) the hostess was absolutely lovely from the time we booked the trip until we left. She was so responsive! This is a rustic 1900s home but it's in very good condition! It's like you are taking a step back in time and it was really awesome to appreciate the history and the Beautiful surroundings. It was so wonderful having lake views, you could roll over open the blinds and watch people ice fishing from bed! Beautiful wooded backdrop. And you are so close to Peek and peek! Very convenient. It's a sleepy, charming, quiet town and it was awesome to be able to have a little home away from home where we could cook home cooked meals after a day of skiing and enjoy playing board games right next to the fire. Memories for a lifetime. Thank you!

Great Getaway

Great little cottage on a very peaceful lake. We went at the perfect time of year for quiet and relaxation. The cottage was clean and well stocked with essentials. I only wish there was a ladder or stairs at the dock for swimming. We had some rain during our stay, so a pop up tent for the back yard or dock area would be a good idea to bring along. Would definitely stay again!

Happy to have found Findley Lake

Gorgeous lake. This home's location and dock were great. Not a fancy house, but it well served our needs for a place to live and sleep while enjoying the lake. Walking distance to ice cream and Main St was a plus. Wineries, breweries, and other cute towns just a short drive away.

The location is outstanding and we spent most days kayaking, walking to a nearby ice cream shop, and walking the community. The cottage was cute given its history and it's location next to the water was ideal. Thank you so much!!!

Beautiful lake view but super old property

The views of the lake were beautiful. There’s a nice dock and outdoor fireplace. The indoor space was really disappointing. The stairs to get upstairs are very narrow. The bedrooms are tiny. Beds/pillows are uncomfortable. The whole place was dusty and smelled mildewy.

Meet in the Middle

Property is lovely and cozy, lots of outdoor activities-as well as rainy day indoor fun. Enjoyed fishing & kayaking, cooking & just being all together. Outdoor/green space somewhat limited for pet visitors.

Sunnyside up

We had a nice stay. The cottage was comfortable but definitely more rustic than updated. We didn’t mind. The stairs to the basement seemed sketchy to us ladies in our sixties so we didn’t use the washer/dryer like we wanted to. We used the kayaks and appreciated the life vests. We spent one day floating off the dock. We walked to the ice cream spot down the road. The AC unit stopped working while we were there and the owner came right over and got it running again. Not the nicest place we’ve stayed but it was fine for our girls trip and we had a good visit.

Cute place to get away for the weekend

Great cabin! We found the porch to be inviting rain or shine, with great shade trees over the front of the house and awesome lake views. Findley lake is close enough to Chautauqua to enjoy the destination but far enough away to be a quiet getaway. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Super cute. House is old but well maintained. Kitchen was stocked nicely. Nice amenities. Gas fireplace came in very handy. Owners have great communication. Beautiful area. Love to see it in warmer weather

Perfect get away

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely well kept and the ease of renting and staying was exceptional. There were many things for the family to do besides relaxing, which is what I needed most.

Cute and Cozy Camp Cabin

We used the cabin on a family ski trip to Peek N’ Peak (about 5 minutes away). The cabin has a lot of charm! It is well-stocked, with almost everything you could think of! Had no issues while staying there and would recommend this property in any season (I bet the summer is a blast too).

Clean, comfy and just perfect!

Sunny Side Up is our go-to in Findley Lake, always welcoming and feels like home in any season! Communication is a breeze, check-in and check-out are easy, everything you could need or want is provided (and much more), the beds are super comfy, the powder room on the second floor is a great extra, and overall, the house and dock are wonderful places to get away, relax and enjoy nature and the beautiful lake! Highly recommend!!

Perfect lake getaway

We had a great stay at this peaceful and cozy cottage with wonderful lake/sunset views. Loved the mix of antique furnishings and modern amenities. The pretty outdoor area with fireplace backing up to the woods was a great place to spend an evening. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock both during the daytime and in the evenings to watch the sunsets. Thank you for sharing your property - we loved it!

Great rustic cottage !

Loved the cottage, well stocked but did not like the fact it was on a busy road, many trucks and had to cross this to get to the dock with dog and small children.
