“Dzung and his wife Dep have made a lovely homestay. They are super sweet and accommodating. My room was large, comfortable and had an awesome view. They provide bikes to get around and Grabs are super easy to get. Dzung even arranged a private car transfer to and from Hanoi. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Mr Truong the Guest House proprietor was very helpful throughout my stay and arranged 2 enjoyable day excursions for me.The accomodation whilst tucked away down a small side alley is only approx a 40 minute walk or 5 min taxi ride from the Centre of Ninh Binh.There is a small supermarket on the main road virtually in front of the Guest House.I would recommend the De-lux rooms as the size is almost double that of standard.Breakfast can be ordered but I did not need it so cannot comment on the...

“We had a great stay - the staff are amazing and the location is very cool. Great views and great food and a real experience. Unfortunately one member of the group slipped over and hurt their leg quite badly, but the staff were incredible and organised crutches and took such care. “Hotel di recente ristrutturazione ( o costruzione). perfettamente in ordine. Pulizia perfetta. L’edificio è situato in una piccola traversa, fra altri palazzi ed è poco visibile, ma in compenso è una sorpresa una volta entrati. Si sviluppa in altezza come le tipiche abitazioni vietnamite. Non dispone di ascensore. È a conduzione familiare e il titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è alla carta e alquanto essenziale. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.”

“The staff there were so nice. The property itself is stunning, nice and quiet but there is access to food nearby. Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible.
