“The place is old but maintained. The room was clean and the furnishings were nice. The room more than met my needs of a place to spend the night and watch tv. Certainly worth the price and it saved me over $100 if I had stayed at the Hampton Inn or similar property. The young man running the desk was new but very friendly. ”

“The hotel is conveniently located close to Frank Lloyd Wright Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob houses. The hotel is very clean, not shabby, and offers a basic but good complimentary breakfast and a small pool. The staff is very kind and friendly. Some restaurants nearby. The town of Somerset has not much to offer, but the proximity to the architectural masterpiece of FLR (which is otherwise exceptionally isolated), and the affordable rate of the good quality room are relevant "pros".”

“Driveway is a little intimidating, but going slow is the key. The cabin is lovely and comfortable. Everything you need is there except a microwave, I’m not a big fan, so OK with me. Kitchen is well stocked with spices, silverware and dishes. My biggest compliment is that I didn’t want to leave! Could have stayed weeks, once I got used to be unconnected. Great place! ”
