“Really liked that in the evenings there was plastic ware, paper plates and napkins out available for use. So helpful if we brought a pizza back for supper. Hot coffee available 24/7.”

“We couldn’t sleep due to being so close to the turnpike. We would only stay here if we could get a room on the opposite side of the building”

“I came down in the morning at 8 am, and: THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE! THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES! THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS! THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS! PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! And when complain was made to the front desk, they response: "Ok"!! ELEVATOR: MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, AND I DECIDED TO TAKE ELEVATOR! Elevator stopped on each and every floor! Fine. BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND **IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON...

“Come da descrizione, la vera chicca è la città di West Chester.”

“The room had such character. Everything was clean with interesting touches. The linens we’re a good quality as was the mattress and the pillows. It wasn’t just a hotel room. I would love to stay there again. It was in a great area and was definitely worth it.”

“The only thing that was not accommodating was the elevator was broken.”
