One Hermosa Lane, bellezza, tranquillità, lusso. Questa nuova costruzione 2 camere da letto 2 bagni piscina è stata costruita per fornire un'esperienza di vacanza squisita. Immerso nelle colline direttamente sopra Playa Hermosa con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. Rilassati a bordo piscina, osserva la rara vita di uccelli tropicali, scimmie urlatrici e tramonti. Goditi il ​​nostro bar all'aperto personalizzato mentre mescoli le tue bevande preferite. I pappagalli volano mentre prepari i tuoi pasti nella bella cucina. Goditi tramonti da ogni stanza della casa. Una corsia Hermosa è davvero un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi e godersi una vera esperienza costaricana. Letti king size ospitare ogni camera da letto e unità AC. I bagni sono grandi e hanno un sacco di spazio sul bancone e docce enormi. Ogni camera da letto si apre al nostro enorme spazio di vita all'aperto così come le viste georguos. Il bird watching è il preferito nelle colline di Hermosa. Abbiamo un pappagallo verde albino residente che è un magnifico uccello. L'intera casa si apre alla vera esperienza di vita all'aperto indoor. Vicino a ottimi ristoranti come il sushi di Koji e il caffè al Playa Hermosa. Ti invitiamo a venire e goderti una vera vacanza in Costa Rica. . Siamo in grado di fornire escursioni guidate alle cascate di Montezuma, pesca, equitazione, lezioni di surf, fodera zip, osservazione delle balene, gite a Cabo Blanco, birdwatching, il nome basta chiedere.
La spiaggia di Playa Hermosa è una spiaggia di sabbia bianca foderata di palme con viste straordinarie e surf giocoso. Rilassati sotto una palma o raccogli conchiglie e fai surf. Questa spiaggia offrirà tutta la bellezza e il divertimento del Costa Rica in un unico posto. Ottimi ristoranti e meravigliosi ceviche sono a pochi passi dalla spiaggia per aiutare te e la tua festa durante il giorno. Ricorda che una vacanza nella nostra meravigliosa casa è veramente Pura Vida!

One Hermosa was a beautiful casa! Great place with fantastic views and sunsets. Great amenities, everything we needed. Soraya was very helpful to us for finding the casa and responsive for any questions we had. Janet, the caretaker, did an excellent job. The road to the casa was quite challenging and would have been hard to find if not for the help of Soraya and staff leading us up the hill. Absolutely need a 4 wheel drive to get to Casa and around Santa Theresa. One suggestion would be more umbrellas or shade from the afternoon sun on the deck.

An oasis overlooking the Pacific

Wonderful stay for two couples. Wonderful property custodian Janet, friendly and prompt with question we asked. The view is breath-taking over the descending slope to the Pacific. Clean, and well set up property - loved the BBQ, kitchen setup, outdoor space, hammock, and pool

Not what we expected!

The actual property is beautiful but the location was not as we expected. The driveway and the roads leading up to the house resembled a Lunar surface. We could not have found the house without being guided there by the property manager. The housekeeper was excellent. Not sure I would stay there again.

The support for this place is amazing every little problem was handled immediately! Janet is amazing ! Only thing I wish is there had been at least one cup of coffee got in Late & didn’t go to store until next day ! Thanks for a wonderful stay

Great spot for a retreat into nature.

We spent a few nights there while our main house had an overflow. It is a beautiful spot great sunsets, beautiful pool, and pretty much everything. You would need to have a lovely vacation. Would highly recommend it a little far from the beach but you’re in the heart of the jungle.

Peaceful, comfortable house, but very remote

The house is a great place for two couples, with everything you need (ex. No TV). Outdoor spaces offer amazing views, and a great pool. Easy communication with house manager, and daily cleaning from a family nearby. The only drawback is the house location. It’s not really possible to walk to the beach - over 3km on dirt, potholed roads. A 4x4 with high clearance is an absolute must - if you’ve never been to CR before - the roads are insane. It’s a 30min slow bone rattling drive to town. All good if you’re up for staying at the house, and enjoying the peace up on the mountainside. Not so great if you want to go in and out of town for restaurants or adventures. The neighboring house - other rental - is directly next door, and can be noisy depending on who is staying. Again - the house is great - the location is something you have to be prepared for.

Although it was difficult to find, once we were there the home fit our needs perfectly. There were three of us so plenty of sleeping space, the kitchen and laundry made the stay pleasant and convenient. the home is in a gated community so we felt safe. The local area is very vibrant with activity and the beach is a short walk away. It is a part area, so if that is not your jam, you may not love it. The area is also a good jumping off point for day trips and the roads this time of year were pretty good unlike other areas.

Sunset House with spectacular views and sunsets!

This has been our 2nd year renting this lovely home in August. Perfectly cool and breezy evenings. Refreshing pool for a dip after our daily ATV adventures beach hopping and exploring. We simply adore Janet the caretaker and the occasional visit from Tuco. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a private hideaway. We’ll be back again.

Pura Vida Experience!

We had the greatest time and wished we could have stayed longer! Janeth and Soraya were both amazing! We rented two ATV's which were perfect for our family of 4 and really enjoyed Hermosa beach for lounging and surfing. It was raining season so internet was not working but for our family that was actually the best thing that could have happened, so we could actually bond in the evening rather than just having the kids and my husband on phones. :) Only recommendations I would give is to provide a starter coffee set and have salt and pepper. We did arrive late, made it to the store but totally forgot coffee and salt and would have loved to wake up that first morning to that GORGEOUS view with a delicious cup of Costa Rican coffee. Janeth brought us salt asap. I work for Marriott so that may just be a hotel girl thing! :) and it was a minor thing. The stay was amazing and we will be back for a longer period of time. It is truly a special home and destination. Thank you so much, Andrea Ochoa

Beautiful Oasis

One Hermosa Lane was the perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa. Everything in the house is new and in great condition. Janet, the grounds person, was very sweet and took great care of the property. She recommended Playa Hermosa and that became our favorite beach. We had one problem with an AC unit and it was fixed immediately! We loved coming back here after a long day of exploring or beaching, to relax by the pool and grill some burgers! We hope to return someday soon.

The best stay in Hermosa Beach

I have been to Santa Teresa twice now and had the opportunity to stay in many different listings around the area but this is by far the only place I'll ever want to stay from now on. Daily cleaning helped us to really relax on our holiday and the views from the property are unbeatable - the pictures don't do it justice. If you have an ATV or car you're only a short 10 min drive to the stunning Hermosa beach where you'll also find some lovely cafes and a supermarket. This property is ideal for BBQ's, relaxing and doing yoga. It might not be in the heart of Santa Teresa but when you stay at Eric's place you'll fall in love with the tranquility of the Hermosa area. Thank you for an incredible and unforgettable stay!

Amazing property & stunning views. You do really feel back into the wild yet with all comfort, comfortable bed & AC. 4x4 is highly recommended overall, for raining season - MUST! Giving 100500 "stars" for communication, tips, help & understanding. Looking forward to come back!

I have stayed at several homes in Costa Rica over the last 5 years this is one of the best from the views, to the beaches and far enough away from Santa Teresa and a great ride at night on a quads Janet the house keeper was the best will be back

Best in 20 years

My family has been to this area every year for 20 years. As Santa Teresa is getting more crowded, this was the perfect oasis just up the hill. Amazing property management and cleaning, awesome surf shop, restaurant, and grocery just down the road. The rancho with grille by the pool is awesome. The house was great‐ well designed, open air, and private.

Most amazing stay we could possibly ask for.

This is a perfect house with most amazing views and sunsets. The house is very private and located in an amazing neighborhood 15 minutes from all the beaches , restaurants and super market. The staff were on top of everything and the house was equipped with everything a family with 3 kids would need. Soraya is the main contact and she helped us with everything we needed including our rental car , our atv and recommendations of places to go. Janet is the caretaker/cleaner of the house and cleaned up the house on a daily basis and even babysat our kids. There is monkeys that come every morning to eat from the banana plants which our kids loved watching. We really enjoyed every minute of this house and landed up staying for 47 days. Highly recommend this House and staff and thank you for an amazing vacation.

Excellent stay

Soraya was very helpful. She arranged an ATV to be at the home when we arrived and she met us at the house upon our arrival. The home was very clean and looked like the photos. We enjoyed our stay here.

Fabulous Home with stunning views

We really enjoyed the house and pool. Very tranquil setting and the house is beautiful. Great setup for two couples with everything you need. Only challenge is the access road as the road up to the house is a typical CR adventure. Loved every minute of our stay and hate to leave!

Winter escape

This property was exactly as advertised. The house itself is a modern beauty that is open air when you want it to be to enjoy the surroundings and can be closed up to keep the critters out at night. Jeannette does a fabulous job of keeping everything perfect and impeccably clean. We could not have asked for a more restful and picturesque experience. We spent every morning enjoying the beautiful bird life- especially the pair of bat falcons. A four by four is required for the rough and steep road up to the property but this is needed most places in Costa Rica. Santa Teresa offered great food and a surprisingly diverse grocery selection and it was nice to leave the dusty streets behind in the evening to enjoy the sunset from the expansive deck at the house. We could not have asked for anything more- thank you!
