Casa Lunita, inside Luna Villas

Casa Lunita is a villa with an exquisite and modern design, intended to accommodate groups of friends, couples, or families vacationing and wanting to live a unique retreat experience and connect with nature.

Located in one of the best areas of Santa Teresa, it's just a 5-minute walk from Santa Teresa Beach, close to numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and stores.

The villa can accommodate 4 to 5 people and consists of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There's a living room with two sofas and a TV, a dining room (table for 6 people), with a fully equipped integrated kitchen. There's also an outdoor area with a private pool, outdoor living space, and sunbeds. The house has 200 mg WiFi throughout.

The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a private balcony.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, plus a trundle bed that pulls out from underneath, a private bathroom, and a private balcony.

There's daily cleaning service. An additional laundry service can be requested.

Guests have access to the entire house, all the bedrooms, the pool, and the parking area. The laundry room, where the washing machines are located, is the only area not accessible to guests.

There are two villas on the property, only the parking is shared with all customers.

The neighborhood consists of several family homes and rental villas.

From Casa Lunita, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, etc.

Nevertheless, you can always rent an ATV, motorcycle, or car for more independence and to also enjoy some more distant paradisiacal beaches.

For large groups of up to 13 people, there's the option to rent "Casa Luna" (which can accommodate up to 8 people) located on the same property within the "Luna Villas" complex.
