The villa is located on the main road in the quiet northern part of Santa Teresa and a 2 min. walking distance to the surf beach, La Lora. Guests can enjoy and get around Santa Teresa by foot to cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Although the villa has its own private parking for cars and ATVs.

The villa has two bedrooms with queen beds and one of the bedroom has a couch that can be transformed into a comfortable bed, which is perfect for kids or an extra guest.
Each room has AC provide cooling ventilation.
The bathroom is connected with a sliding door to one of the bedrooms.

The villa features a brand new fully equipped kitchen to make you feel like home; coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, and more. It has everything you need to start your day and to make tasty dinners during your stay.
The living room has a round dining table and a large couch where you can enjoy social time together.
Built with clean and high-end finishes, the open floor plan connects the interior to the outdoor area with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.

The outdoor area is a dream patio with a 6 meters long pool. It has a seating area, tanning beds, and a bar. Here you can enjoy time in the sun or in the shade and bring out your yoga mat for a sunrise salutation.
