“Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am. We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons. But we’ve decided that from now on we will go 20 minutes further west and stay at Coyote Valley. Newer rooms, cleaner, quieter and they have...

“Above and beyond customer service”

“The inn was very lovely with nice surroundings and clean rooms. It was bit odd to have a chair place adjacent to the gas fireplace but since it was so warm out the fireplace was not used. The bed was comfy, the ground pretty and the location very quiet.”

“The gym was spacious and had lots of light. I didn’t use the bikes since I had a short stay but I like the option. The complimentary wine was a nice touch and breakfast was better than average. Did not like that ~45% of my bill was taxes and fees, including a $20 parking fee and $18 tourism fee. The hotel was good, though not exceptional. Staff were fine, neither unfriendly nor friendly, nothing outstanding as far as customer service.”
