“Amazing trip and can't wait to go back!”

“We ended up not staying the night. There was no on site staff. The room was cold, you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom door didn’t close. The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do. We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasn’t usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. Lastly there was a fitted sheet on the bed, but no top sheet under the comforter, which didn’t feel like luxury bedding as...

“Seems like it would be a nice enough place to stay with the family for a vacation getaway right on a lake. However, we were traveling across I-80 and just needed a place to stay overnight. This was a ways off the highway, so it required some extra driving to get there. The room was okay. It's an old motel that has been renovated but still seems a little tired.”

“Everything was clean and well maintained. I would have liked for there to be other activities on site beside gambling. It would have been nice to have an activities person at certain hours or certain days to engage the guest in simple activities such a bingo, pool volley ball or scavenger hunts to make it less of a gambling experience for those of us who do not wish to gambel night and day.”

“Good location, we stayed in the apartments above the restaurant. Everything was good.”

“Hotel was conveniently located by the Sherman Theater where we had tickets to a show. We were able to walk to & from & felt safe walking at night. Staff was very personable & accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of choices & coffee was always available. Room was clean & beds/pillows comfortable. Only negative was odor in room & hall that was heavily scented with air freshener. We would stay here again when in town for a show.”

“Perfect spot Classic and classy”

“This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! ”

“The nature trail was awesome and the lake was beautiful”

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for getting around the property. However, we came after check-in & the room we booked, was no longer available. Although we appreciated the upgrade, the room was dirty and not very accommodating. The amenities were also very misleading. Although wifi isn’t the most pressing issue, it was very poor.”

“outdoor pool was not filled and unable to be used which that’s what we planned to do during the day. had to switch rooms on first night due to no ac. then got double charged somehow for my stay. the woman while checking in was friendly & helpful but not so much the male- when we switched rooms gave us cards that didn’t even work to new room.”

“I enjoyed the stay and one of the highlights was the free breakfast. They offered a variety of bagels and muffins along with coffee and orange juice. Cereal and milk was also there along with boiled eggs in the mini fridge. Saturday morning they had a waffle maker and it was delicious. Only thing that o had a problem with was the fact that cleaning staff didn’t change the bed sheets but was told by front desk that the first day they do light cleaning which is something very unusual for me as...
