Thoughtfully designed with upscale interiors, the home features multiple dining spaces for gathering, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and two main-floor bedrooms (one addition bedroom in the basement). Spend evenings around the fire pit, unwind in the outdoor seating areas, or follow the backyard path to a secret brook hidden among the trees.

Set in the quiet countryside of Cochecton, this home offers a peaceful Catskills escape surrounded by forests, open skies, and winding country roads. A short drive brings you to the charming river towns of Narrowsburg and Callicoon, known for their cafés, boutiques, and small-town charm along the Delaware River. Guests can enjoy scenic hikes, farmers markets, and live concerts at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the historic site of the 1969 Woodstock festival. Quiet, scenic, and full of local character, the area offers a refreshing pause from city life.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home and its outdoor spaces throughout their stay. All main living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and dining spaces are available for your use. The garage and any locked cabinets or storage areas are reserved for housekeeping and host supplies and are not accessible to guests.
