Hotel vicino a Cockermouth Leisure Centre - Cockermouth

“I've stayed at the Trout a number of times, it is a pretty, well maintained hotel with lots of character and ideally placed to explore Cockermouth, the Western Lakes and the national park. The food is good and the staff are professional and very friendly.”

“Well positioned in Cockermouth. Stairs upto bed rooms may be challenging for some guests. Easy parking, well stocked bar, pleasant communal rooms and garden. Best part of this hotel by far is the very welcoming friendly staff and superb breakfast.”

“Excellent communication from staff and really helpful and friendly”

“Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni a zonzo per laghi e laghetti afffascinati da ogni scorcio, effettuando gite a piedi attorno ai laghi o visite in barca attorno alle isolette presenti nei laghi. “This was the best B&B by far I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and a very comfy bed. The full Cumbrian breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, There was also a good alternative menu aswell. But if you decide to have an evening meal you are in for a real treat. Darryl is a trained Chef and the meals he serves are amazing.”

“Lovely lady. Very friendly and accommodating. Quaint house.”

“Host was very friendly and helpful. He even packed a cakes for us when we checked out. Thanks.”

The bathroom was clean and tidy, but paint work and fixtures were beginning to show their age.”

“Stayed five times, excellent hotel fro a short break away .”

It's also walkable to hikes at Skiddaw and Catbells. Our room on the first floor was spacious and comfortable with a nice bed for sleeping after an active day. Our...
