This condo is within the Westgate Resort on Cocoa Beach that offers direct beach access, a heated outdoor pool, water park, spa, and kids pool.

862 sq.ft two-bedroom two-bath condo accommodates up to six guests. One bedroom features a king size bed with a full bath attached that includes a walk-in shower and the second bedroom has two twin beds with a full bath with a bath tub shower.

The living area of the condo features a sectional couch with a queen pull out bed.

A full kitchen with a refrigerator, full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and basic small appliances, utensils, and cookware. There is a separate laundry area on the main floor. The resort does provide a limited amount of tokens.

The condo overlooks the pool area with a tropical themed water park, a lazy river, and several splash pads. The pool is surrounded by an abundance of loungers and chairs, a hot tub, and also a tiki bar. There is a consistent pre-planned schedule of pool side activities that keep you busy, if you desire to take part. Otherwise, you can stroll the beach for shells, go surfing, or lounge by the pool and soak up the sun.

There is also an adult sitting area at the far end of the central courtyard.

The ocean beach access begins with a large decked area with tables and lounge chairs at the entry point. The walkway to the beach is fantastic, it is not sand; it is a mesh runner on top of the sand. The beach is very nice and quiet. There are chairs and umbrellas available for an extra charge.

There is complimentary shuttle service to the Cocoa Beach Pier. The pier offers five restaurants and bars, three retail stores, surf lessons, beach equipment and bicycle rentals.
