Chateau by the Sea 107 è orgogliosamente di proprietà di "Stay In Cocoa Beach", il più grande proprietario di case vacanze sulla spiaggia premium sulla Space Coast!

L'unità 107 ha un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, due gemelli nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Per vostra comodità, l'unità è completamente equipaggiata con tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno in vacanza, come lenzuola, asciugamani, sedie a sdraio e accessori, lavatrice / asciugatrice, cucina completa, internet wireless ad alta velocità. Fondamentalmente ci sono tutti i comfort di casa e altro ancora! Il condominio è sempre tenuto molto pulito e raramente troverai un condominio che è così ben fatto dentro!

Chateau By The Sea è uno dei pochi edifici con una piscina riscaldata con vista sull'oceano in modo da poter nuotare e godere di una splendida vista sul molo e sull'oceano. Inoltre c'è una terrazza sul tetto a 360 gradi che è perfetta per vedere i lanci di navetta, i tramonti o semplicemente prendere il sole! Questo è l'unico complesso di Cocoa Beach con un ponte sul tetto che consente il noleggio settimanale.

Anche se l'elenco indica "nessun rimborso", comprendiamo che le cose si presentano. Place was immaculate with everything needed for our stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The roof top was amazing for sunrise and sunsets. We were on the first floor which was our choice, next time a little higher.

Best rental we’ve ever stayed

The communication from Zareh was phenomenal, I had no questions what so ever as to rules, check in, check out or amenities, plus he gave me his cell number and email, if anything should come up. This condo was clean, well appointed and full of items you usually have to purchase, ie; detergent, shampoo, body wssh, trash bags, dish washing liquid. Also, beach chairs an umbrella and beach towels and a fold away crib. The pool was just outside our door, was clean and so warm! There were two SpaceX launches during our stay, awesome, so close! Zareh sent us a brochure of Cocoa Beach listing restaurants and other activities. Effortless stay, plus our dogs were welcome, the facilities for pets was great. You also had the outdoor grills and covers picnic area. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We were on the fifth floor facing the ocean and only a few steps from the Cocoa beach pier. The view was spectacular! Thanks for the housekeeping items..laundry soap, surface cleaning spray, etc..; and the shower gels were great! Property management was responsive and answered all our questions. We will be back!

Perfect location, close to Pier and so much shopping, we had a ground floor that walked right out to a cute patio and steps to the pool and such a pretty pathway beyond the pool to the beach! The condo smelled amazing as we opened the door, clean, decorated adorably, had any amenity we could have possible needed, comfortable beds, so many pool toys and beach necessities too! We had an incredible stay and can't wait to come back!

Overall great expereince!

The location is great and the description of the unit is very accurate. We enjoyed our stay and that we could walk to the pier. It was wonderful that the pool entrance and the beach walk were just steps away (we had toddlers with us) so it was easy to get in and out. However, the vertical blinds do not prevent people from seeing into the unit even when fully closed. We had people wave at our children as they were walking by. Also, the bedrooms have a horizontal window above the beds in each bed room. It would have been great if there was a curtain and not just a blind. The entire patio for the complex is immediately on the other side and the lights stay on all night. We had light shining in the bedroom all night even with the blinds closed. We had no issue with parking and we were not concerned with coming in and out at night. Overall, we were pleased with our unit and the location.

Good location, easy in and out, supermarket across the highway. Small pool but nice. Steps from the beach and pier. Cool rooftop deck. Our unit was clean and updated and had lots of towels. The only issue we had was the dryer was rattling quite loud, and the “courtyard” lighting made our room not completely dark.

Great rental

The day before I left for my trip to Coco Beach, I decided to look for a more spacious place where we could stay on the beach. We had rooms at the Hilton in Coco Beach, but I wanted something with bedrooms, full kitchen, a living room, and a nice pool area that was steps away from the beach. I found this condo online the day before we left. I was a little skeptical because I’ve heard so many nightmare stories. I always go to the golf side of Florida but we wanted to be on the beach and close to Disney. Coco Beach is the perfect place for that. Driving to Disney was so easy and close. We drove to Orlando to enjoy the parks for the day and we drove back to our place on the beach the same day and liked that we didn’t have to deal with the crowds Orlando has. The condo we rented was just like it looked in the pictures. We were on the ground floor, which I wanted. The pool was literally a few steps from our patio and the beach was steps away from the pool area. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect. There were even beach towels for us, which was great. I didn’t have to pack any of my own. The only negative comment I have, is they could use to replace and upgrade the mattresses. The beds were not very comfortable. If the beds were super plush and comfy this property would be beyond perfect. I will definitely rent this property again but hopefully they will take our advice and upgrade the mattresses. Luvd my stay in this condo at Coco Beach.
