Large Rooms with beautiful views, just steps to beach, underground parking at this luxurious condo. Wake up to sunrises from the master sliding glass doors and pour yourself a cup of coffee and relax on the balcony. Home has been fully updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home, with full size washer and dryer. The location just doesn't get any better! Restaurants are nearby, and the full-length balcony provides incredible views up and down the beach to watch the surfers and rocket launches! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. Just bring your suitcase! Pets allowed under 35 lbs and 25.00 per day pet fee with owner approval.

I do not usually share reviews and I will say our stay was a 10/10. The condo was clean, had everything we needed including the beach gear, a great location and beautiful sunrises. We usually don’t go back to locations but this time, we may be a return customer.

This was our best experience to date! Such a beautiful, clean Condo with direct, upfront ocean views. The patio extends all across the backside with Master Bedroom and Living Room/ Kitchen views of the ocean. We enjoyed our morning coffee right on beach from the balcony. Exquisite views. You will not be disappointed in this 5 star Condo. We flew in for a wedding and just stayed the weekend but we want to plan a trip with more time to enjoy the peace and relaxation this Condo gives. This area is peaceful with not alot of noise, could be the timing we went but we loved it. This Condo has everything you need for your stay from hairdryers to appliances, making your travel lighter. Deanne is so sweet and gives detailed instructions with the how to's of everything you need to know. She also provided a binder with local things to do and local places to eat. We appreciate her details to everything Thank you Deanne for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful Condo on the beach! Magnificent

Well appointed with various incidentals, wonderful ocean view, however located next to and across from local bars whose music is extremely loud all night until closing. If thats what you're looking for, it’s great. Unit is surface clean but could use a deep cleaning of floors, light fixtures in bathrooms, base mouldings and bath cabinets as they were all very visibly dusty/dirty. My feet were filthy walking post shower from bed to kitchen. No screens for slider doors so theyre closed to keep bugs out. Bathroom showers/tub could use an updating, sofa in bedroom should definitely be replaced. Living room sofa is well worn. Under building garage is a plus.

This condo was perfect for our visit! It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It’s updated features and decor were beautiful and functional. The balcony ocean view was perfect for my sunrise coffee and afternoon shaded siesta. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated that the building has an elevator as well as secure covered parking.

Gorgeous ocean view with big balcony. Husband loved the recliner & big TV. He also loved parking car in garage so it wasn't hot inside anytime we went somewhere. Had a little issue with keypad checking in but Deanne was immediately available to help remedy the issue. Lots of great restaurants close by.

This property was just lovely and had everything we needed, and a spectacular ocean view to go with it! Our family of 4 including our 11 and 9 year-old boys stayed 4 nights and had the best time. Everything was very clean and neat, and we really appreciated the use of the beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The condo is close to everything you could need and want. with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The area was very family friendly and we felt safe the entire stay. We do hope to return to Cocoa Beach next summer and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to our lovely hostess Deanne!

This place is in great shape. Building as a whole is a little older, but the condo is completely renovated and very comfortable. Perfect beach view and large balcony. Quick beach access. Short walk to multiple bars and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect spot!

The condo is wonderful. It's nicely upgraded, and the location and view are phenomenal! We enjoyed coming back up to the balcony in the afternoon after getting too much sun on the beach and reading in the shade- we still felt like we were on the beach it was so close. And we only had to use our car to go miniature golfing- we were able to walk to all coffee/meals. And there were even a few bunnies in the dunes- my daughter's favorite animal! Sunrises were spectacular.One tip- the ornate light fixture in the master bedroom hides a ceiling fan! We didn't discover this until a couple night's in and it makes a big difference at night. :)Would definitely stay again.

Great location & Great Place

We enjoyed the location. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards, and balcony! Beautiful views and close to everything. The rental place is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.
