Welcome to The Juni! A renovated 7-unit complex in the heart of Cocoa Beach, just steps from the sand. Walk to famous local spots, enjoy the on-site pool, and waste your days away in the sun. This is our RC's Unit a design-forward studio and the perfect home base for your beach vacation.

Guest Access:
The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned for each unit.

Nestled in the heart of Cocoa Beach, The Juni offers the perfect blend of beachside bliss and vibrant coastal living. Embrace the surfing lifestyle with easy access to the golden sands and renowned surf breaks and epic rocket launches.

Cocoa Beach has something for everyone, whether you're a seasoned surfer or a sun-seeker or getting away with your family and friends, Explore the lively local scene within walking distance, where you'll find a variety of dining options, quirky shops, and laid-back beach bars. Indulge in fresh seafood delicacies or sip on a tropical cocktail as you watch the sun sink below the horizon.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers endless activities. Paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing are popular pastimes in the calm waters of the Banana River or the thrilling waves of the Atlantic. Getting Around:
Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

Other Things to Note:
To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
- Garbage bags
- Sponges
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

PLEASE NOTE:
-Mailbox access is not available for guests
- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

The property was really nice. Great location literally less than three minute walk to the beach. The pool was a little dirty but just as we were leaving I did see a person come to clean it so maybe we’re just on the wrong timing of the week. 10/10 would stay again!!

Perfect short get away place

The property was just as advertised. The room was clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was easy. The back yard was a peaceful place to sit and read a book. The beach access was easy. The owner had chairs and umbrellas available to make the beach experience better. We will be back.

So cute!

Super cute property! close to the beach, clean and the hosts checked which was nice!! Was a great spot for a weekend getaway. The only thing I would maybe add is some extra blankets since there was only one for the 2 beds. Great stay!

Very comfortable and clean

This little studio was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the owner's assistance in helping me extend my stay. Communication was clear and served my purposes well. I enjoyed my 9 night stay as it was very close to family I was visiting over the holidays. Well equipped, quiet and parking right outside my window. I would recommend this condo and may stay here again in the future.

Cute and nostalgic

I’m familiar with Cocoa Beach but have never stayed outside of our resort. This was a weekend girls trip and it was so quaint and had everything we needed! Very close to the Melbourne Airport, Cape Canaveral and a bunch of beach bars, restaurants and beach access is a block away. We saw the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much.
