“We just got back from our vacation at Paradisus Grand Cana and overall, this was a 10/10 experience. The staff truly went above and beyond for us. Specifically, when we requested a late checkout due to our nighttime flight, they kindly accommodated us. This allowed our toddler to take his nap and gave our kids time to rest before the flight home, which made a huge difference for our family. “The kitchen lacked the necessary supplies for preparing meals and washing dishes; the cutlery was rusted. The name of the establishment is different from what was listed. I paid for a room with two beds—NOT a sofa—yet they assigned me a room with one bed and a sofa.”

“One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”
