“I stayed at this all-inclusive resort for a few days and had a mixed experience. There were several positives, including the clean facilities and many friendly, helpful staff members. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Personally, I did not find the food to be very appetizing. I also experienced a few unexpected issues, such as housekeeping entering the room very early in the morning while I was still asleep, and the toilet seat in our room being broken upon...

“The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. ”
