“One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.”

“Andresito C. was amazing at helping make our dinner reservations and transportation needs. The property was clean and PEACEFUL. Any issue I encountered they quickly fixed. It’s a big property but they do have carts to take you around. Muoi is their best restaurant. We had an issue with the shower the first day that was fixed within minutes. Downtown is only about a 10-15 minute drive away. They even have free transport to a souvenir shop. 10/10 would recommend.”
