“I was for some personal gestions. It was perfect for the price and location. 5 mts walk from the restaurants and bar near the area. Like 10mts walk to Los Soles. Really worked for me.”

“I was looking for modern decor, and it was amazing. Everything on the property with the rooms restaurant lobby area weresuper super clean. The staff was helpful. They do not have a microwave in the room, which is a little inconvenient. I wish they had a à la carte menu for the breakfast buffet. I’m not a big breakfast person and I thought it was a little expensive for someone that wants a piece of fruit or some juice. I would definitely stay there again. I bought Day passes to Secret Royal...

“Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff.”

“I stayed today in this cold travel to airlines flights and had a reservation for five additional days. But I couldn’t stay in this place. Everything was dirty. I had Sting water in the toilet area was not working properly. The app places for horrible. There was roaches. There’s a piece of salami. Sitting on the walkway for today’s. You could tell maintenance is poor I will add a few pics to this preview. It’s not what they make it sound or lookin their advertising.”

“The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. ”

“The kitchen lacked the necessary supplies for preparing meals and washing dishes; the cutlery was rusted. The name of the establishment is different from what was listed. I paid for a room with two beds—NOT a sofa—yet they assigned me a room with one bed and a sofa.”

“Hotel pulito e confortevole; personale disponibile, gentile ed educato. Colazione essenziale ma buona. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e gradevole. ”

“Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”
