Eagles View- Perfect location near downtown Cody, New Luxury Family Condo

Welcome to Eagle's View! This brand new build, luxury townhome is located just one block off the main street in historic Cody, Wyoming!

This property features a mountain modern design, local artwork, and an open floor plan. The kitchen includes ample counter space, sleek cabinetry, and granite countertops. The waterfall island with bar seating is the perfect spot to drink coffee and plan out your day. The grand, double-sided stone fireplace separates the kitchen and dining area with the living room. The main living room area has large picture windows and contemporary, comfortable seating. Down the hall you will find a half bath, laundry room, garage access, and door to the private courtyard. There is an elegant master bedroom suite on the main floor with a king bed and ample storage for your travel wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower. The main floor master has access to the courtyard through patio doors.

Upstairs you will enter the loft space with a king size sofa sleeper, sitting area, and fireplace overlooking the main living space below. Through the loft there is a door to the front balcony facing the street. There is a second master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and an exquisite, attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. This room also showcases a Juliet balcony overlooking the private courtyard. For children or additional guests there is a bunkroom with a triple bunk bed. The upstairs hall bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and large vanity.

There are actually 5 museums here and while Buffalo Bill's story is the star attraction, the Yellowstone Natural History museum was also really interesting. I was so impressed by the quality of the exhibits and the old photographs were just wonderful. A real surprise

The house was very comfortable for our family of four. Everything we needed, new construction, and very well appointed.Very convenient walking distance from downtown, only one block off the main drag. But, quiet. With nice quiet spaces, including a small balcony of the master, the spacious balcony of the second floor, living space, and a backyard patio.

Amazing Home!

Very impressed and very well laid out! The home is very nice clean with lots of space. Fireplace and loft are cozy along with outside sitting area. Very well built and comfortable we will be staying here again!

Wonderful Location in Cody!

This house was absolutely wonderful for my family and I! We had all the amenities we needed. The best part was the location to all the local hot spots. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants and take a short drive to everything else! My girls loved the triple bunk bed and teepee. Such a great place!

Perfect in every way!

We were thoroughly impressed with this rental. The cleanliness, the spacious kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the location. Main Street was only one block away from eateries and shopping. Our parking was just in the front of the rental plus an attached 2 car garage accessible from the rear of the rental. The management was always available if we had any questions. We highly recommend this rental!

High-End Property

We have been looking for a HIGH-END property in Cody for countless years and we've finally found it! 100% chance of us returning year after year. Very impressed. The quality of finishes and materials were carefully thought through, while the master bath and kitchen are the stars of this property. Very clean and comfortable. Ideally located one block north off main street. Cafe's, restaurants, shops, and city park right out the front door. Do not miss Blanca-Tatanka for craft cocktails and gourmet riffs on traditional bar bites, The Wild West Show at the historic Cody Theater, and Sitti's Table - amazing cafe and tastefully curated market.
