Clean, Modern! 3 Bedrooms, River, Downtown

Welcome to our home in Cody, Wyoming. This 3 bedroom 2 bath end-unit townhouse has been completely updated with new bedding and furnishings. This home is well equipped for a large family, 2 families with children or 2-3 couples. We have a port-a-crib available for the tiny one. It is just minutes from downtown Cody and Shoshone River access. The main floor features two bedrooms - one with a king bed and 32" Roku Smart TV, and the other with a queen. The basement provides a separate large recreation room with a large sectional couch, a 43" Roku Smart TV, and a large third bedroom with 4 twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with new dishes and wares for your cooking needs. The dining table seats six, with additional casual dining nearby at the coffee table in the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back patio while enjoying the mountain views. The Shoshone Riverway Trail Access starts just outside the rear yard gate. Here, you can enjoy picnicking, fishing, hiking, biking, walking, rafting, paddle boarding, and birding. There is one onsite parking spot in the driveway, with several additional parking spots next door in the cul-de-sac (a single-bay garage can also be rented upon request for an additional fee). This property is owner-managed by a local family. We are available to answer your questions, give recommendations, and meet any special needs that might arise.

The home in Cody was a good place for us to stay while in Cody. The home was average and is a duplex surrounded by other duplexes. It worked well as a base camp for exploring the Cody, Wyoming area.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house is beautifully decorated with a modern touch and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and my children especially loved the cozy beds and the great selection of books. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the owner was incredibly easy to communicate with—very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Very clean and located in a good neighborhood. Needs better air circulation in upstairs bedrooms. Needs update higher toilets and sinks in bathrooms for older people. Given the above it was still a nice stay.

Impeccably clean and comfortable

Great place for an overnight stay close to downtown Cody in a friendly neighborhood. Very clean and roomy. We had a group of 8 adults and it did not feel cramped. Host was awesome to work with.

It was a welcoming property that everyone enjoyed! We had a clean space with lots of amenities that worked well for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find & the host was quick to respond to any questions that we had! My husband was very impressed with his first VRBO stay.

Great location!

We had a great stay! The property is located right by the river and was walkable to downtown (for most of us). It was very clean, plenty of towels, and easy check out process. We would definitely stay there again! The walls are a little thin but we just used an app for white noise to sleep so we weren’t disturbed if people were up earlier and in the kitchen.

Perfect getaway in Cody

We were in Cody with grandchildren aged 9-24. The bed setup was just what we needed with two bedrooms upstairs for the adults and a large room down stairs with 4 beds for the kids. Easy access to the rodeo, Buffalo Bill Center and Yellowstone. Quiet neighborhood just off the main town area.

Cute, Clean, Convenient!

This house was just as advertised! The home is functional, with an open living/dining/kitchen space, which is where the adults spent most of our time! There is an extra living room with TV in the basement, which is where the kids spent most of their time:)! The home was super clean and had everything we needed. Julia was also excellent to work with!! The booking process was easy, we had check-in details the morning of and she left great check-out instructions! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Worked out perfectly for our group

We were in town several days for a hunting trip. The house is at the end of a cul de sac, very quiet, grassy park type area next to property that was great for our dogs. House had a great layout, good climate control, and comfortable mattresses. Would definitely stay here again.

Destination Cody through Yellowstone East Gate

We flew West from the Deep South to introduce our grandsons to Yellowstone and The Grand Teton National Parks. Cody WY was an add-on adventure. Our accommodations were perfectly suited for our group of 5. We all enjoyed 2 nights of rest and warm showers. Even our clothes were washed and dried. Great collection of books for young and old … especially enjoyed the short stories by Tom Hanks!
