“When I checked in I was told that I did not pay.
After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room.
The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater.
Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes.
No attention by the staff and very poorly trained.
What a disappointment ”

“This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. “O quarto não condiz com o apresentado no site
O atendente nos direcionou para outro lugar que fedia e com a agua que saia da torneira marrom. Voltamos para reclamar, ele queria cobrar outro valor pela mudanca do quarto. Negamos a pagar e assim sendo, nos mudou de quarto, que estava disponível. Nao entendi porque fez isso com a gente, que iriamos passar somente uma noite. ”

“Un bel hotel relativamente nuovo , la pulizia non all'altezza ( in bagno ho trovato un'unghia sotto il sapone ) .
Ho prenotato una camera che potesse ospitare 3 persone , ma poi ho trovato il terzo letto che in realtà era un divano che una volta aperto appoggiava direttamente il materasso sul pavimento ! per questo ho dovuto prendere un'altra camera .
l'impianto di riscaldamento non era in grado di riscaldare la stanza , abbiamo avuto freddo tutte e 2 le notti di pernottamento

“Hotel datato con camere piccole (almeno la n° 19), non c'è ascensore per salire al 2° piano. Bagno e lavabo minuscoli, ottima la ventilazione dell'ambiente. Soffione doccia da sostituire, salviette di dimensioni appena accettabili. Mancanza di prese di corrente accessibili vicino al letto. Il ristorante potrebbe essere un po' più curato ed il personale essere più informato sui piatti (ho chiesto della carne priva di grasso ma quando è arrivata ce n'era in abbondanza). Colazione ok per il salato...
