3 Acres Remodeled Home With Hot Tub Walking Distance to Beach! Garden & Fire Pit

Cedar Creek Meadows is newly remodeled from top to bottom and is one of a kind! 3 secluded manicured acres overlooking a field with deer and elk grazing almost daily, and walking distance to a beach and boat launch!

Includes your own 8 person hot tub overlooking a beautiful water feature and giant outdoor gas fire pit with enough seating for everyone in your party. We also have a giant organic vegetable and fruit garden with flowers for your enjoyment.

The property is secluded but easy to get anywhere in the area. Take a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Post Falls to hit up some of our local restaurants. Just a zip over to Coeur d Alene in about 10 minutes to experience the downtown scene with shopping, excellent and abundant coffee, and dozens of local restaurants, all overlooking the beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene.

Downtown Coeur d'Alene offers so many summer activities, including jet skiing (which we can help you arrange to have dropped off by the house) parasailing, water skiing/wakesurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, multiple world class golf courses, hiking, fishing, skiing and snowboarding, and so much more!

As hosts of Cedar Creek Meadows, we are here to help make your stay the most memorable one, so anything you need just reach out, we will see what we can do to help. Upon arrival we will have a gift basket of some of our local favorites, along with a welcome book with a list of local attractions and things to do, as well as tips and tricks that we have learned from living in the area for over 25 years.

The house was beautifully decorated in rustic chic style and well laid out. For our group of 7, everyone had their own area and privacy. The kitchen was spacious and well- equipped. Linens were clean and comfortable. The outdoor features of patios, fire pit, and hot tub were artfully arranged. The landscaping was stunning. Very spacious home with many extra thoughtful details. Quiet surroundings with appearances of deer and elk in the field next door. Easy check-in and communication with owner. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful country

Property was exactly as expected. Well stocked. Plenty of dishes for extended family reunion of 20. Saw so much wild life out the back windows. An amazing visit. Beautiful property. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to extenuating circumstances. Would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely Perfect

This property was beyond my expectations. It held me and my family of 13 adults just fine. We had a great time outside with all the provided games, fire pit and hot tub. The views are to die for. Would recommend this stay for everyone. We saw elk, deer and several bird species. Host is extremely accommodating and on top of communication

Wonderful get away

This is a large home with plenty of room to spread out for a group staying together. We enjoyed the location which feels very private yet you are close to Coeur d Alene, Post Falls and easy access to I90. We had guests over for dinner and enjoyed sitting out at the fire pit and using the hot tub. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful stay at Cedar Creek Meadows

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children had so much fun on our four night stay at Cedar Creek Meadows. Thanks so much to Landin and Cassi for being such nice hosts and for promptly helping us out whenever we had an issue or a question. After each day of play in and around lovely Couer d’Alene, we enjoyed wonderful evenings gathered around the firepit in the large and immaculately groomed backyard. We give Cedar Creek Meadows our highest recommendation! Note: The exercise equipment indicated in the photos and amenity list that we saw on VRBO has been removed from the home.

Ironman

My family went up to Coeur d’Alene for the Ironman. The location of the property was perfect, took about 10 minutes to get downtown for all the events. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. We ended up getting into town a couple hours earlier than expected. We texted Cassi and she told us we could check in early. Cassi was extremely fast at responding to any questions we had. Would love to stay at this property again if we are in Coeur d’Alene.

Fantastic Place

The property is everything previous guests have stated. Our multi-generational family of 12 stayed for Christmas week. The house is ideal for large groups. Cassie is exceptional in responding and communication. The home is clean, updated and for what it's worth, and I can't put my finger on it, but filled with love. I know it's a VRBO, but you feel like Cassie and her husband actually care about the people who stay there. Our stay included two feet of snow... to our delight... I can only imagine how tranquil the back yard is in the summer. I would not hesitate to come back. Book it, your search is over.

We had a great time at your home. Well set up for a few families and the property is gorgeous. We loved playing games in the yard (the wasps were a bit of an issue but at no fault to the owners). Very good communication with Cassi. Thank you!

Great House!

The house had plenty of space for our large group. Everything was very clean and so cute! The owner was very responsive when we needed something. The electronic and printed guidebook were super handy. We were even able to get in a nice long hilly run on the roads around the property. I would highly recommend!

INCREDIBLE STAY!

We had the best experience with this home and the owners! The fridge broke on the first night and the owners texted us saying they will bring a new one within the hour (at 8:00PM!). The house is beautiful, spacious, and every detail was thought through. The owners did a fantastic job on the landscaping and renovating. They have the gift of hospitality for sure! The owners are the nicest people. They’re the kind of people you’d want to be friends with in real life. Overall, a great experience. 11/10 would recommend!

One of our best VRBO stays!

We normally stay at nice places when we all travel together, and normally there is one or two things that we think could be improved on, or things that needed fixed, and this place had none of that! house and landscaping were beautiful! We had 10 adults and 4 children, all coming to visit Silverwood Theme Park. The house fit us all perfectly, and we had zero issues with the place. Plenty of space, hot tub was great, and the additional toys were great for the littles that joined us. I would definitely stay here next time we come through, and would definitely recommend this listing to anyone traveling to this area. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
