We loved this house for our girls weekend in CDA! It had everything we needed, is walking distance to a cute strip of businesses, and is pretty close to downtown and the lake front. While we were there, they were working on the laundry room, so we didn’t have access, but we only did two nights so it didn’t make a difference and I’m sure will be very nice when it is finished if it’s anything like the rest of the home. It’s a small space but the hosts have made the most of the space that is available and has guest parking, which is a definite plus. Overall, very happy with the home and our stay this weekend!

Great location and layout. The owners communicate well and are quick to respond. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and parking is convenient. We had a wonderful time playing games in the dining room and being close to downtown activities.

Great stay at this lovely house. Quiet and cute neighborhood. Perfect place for our family to gather. Beds are comfortable and yard was great for our dog. Played corn hole one afternoon. Hosts were great. Highly recommend.

The property was immaculate, nicely appointed, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and supplied, perfect for meal preps. We enjoyed cooking on the grill. The bed was very comfortable. The individual HVAC units in each room made it easy to get a comfortable temperature thorough out the house. The bottle of wine greeting us was a special treat. The location was ideal--quiet street, but just minutes to downtown. We have been on the road for 3 weeks, staying at several VRBO rentals. This was by far the nicest and most comfortable of our trip.

Absolutely fantastic. The house is adorable. Plenty of room for the four of us and our dogs. We had wine. We use the fire pit. We played cornhole and we just so enjoyed ourselves and played games as well.. Definitely five stars all the way. we could have walked to town, but we chose to drive and that was two minutes at the most. Great location.

My parents, boyfriend, and I stayed here on a weekend trip. It was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed making several home cooked meals, and the home had a great selection of cooking pots and utensils. We also grilled some steaks in the back yard. It was a lovely set up and quiet neighborhood. I brought my dog, and the fenced yard was perfect. It was a hot weekend in Coeur d’Alene, so having ac in each bedroom was a huge comfort! We had plenty of hot water and towels for showers. The location was centrally located, which was very convenient. Thank you so much for everything, Patrick and Rhonda! We will definitely be booking another trip at one of your properties.

Had a wonderful stay at this Couer d'Alene gem. The house was exactly how it was represented; clean, spacious, and well stocked - Perfect for our family of 5. Everyone commented about the beds being comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as you can easily walk to coffee and restaurants in minutes and even walk to Lake CDA and the main commercial district if you don't mind walking. The hosts were also phenomenal and communicated everything we needed to know and even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us.

This is a lovely property. Tastefully and thoughtfully updated with a modern feel. We stayed here with a 9yr old and 12 yr old. The front patio/porch area with a firepit is perfect for hanging out or playing the provided cornhole game. The beds are comfortable and every room has air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals.Easy half mile walk into the main town and even shorter walk to a lake/beach area. Close to getting on I-90 to get anywhere else you want to go. Neighborhood is cute, clean and safe. The property manager is very responsive and super helpful with recommendations. We would stay here again.

Great Cozy Place

Such a great cozy place to stay. One of my best experiences with a house rental property. Quiet area with some great restaurants and pubs close by. House was clean and fully stocked with amenities. Would stay here again.
