Super Downtown posizione incantevole ~ Tutto a piedi !!! ~ 3 minuti a piedi Tubbs Hill ~ 5 minuti a piedi Sanders Beach !!! ~ 3 minuti a piedi per il centro !!! 1 isolato dalla MAN Corso IRON !!! Non c'è bisogno di noleggiare una macchina perché questa località ha tutto !!!

2 camere da letto al piano superiore (1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto matrimoniale) con 1 bagno in comune - 1 al piano di sotto camera da letto (1 matrimoniale) con bagno completo ~ e una zona bonus seminterrato con letti a castello supplementari (due sulla parte superiore e due volte sul fondo) ~ può facilmente dormire 8 persone ~ Grande patio esterno - barbecue ~ un sacco di parcheggio sulla strada ~ amerete questo immobile!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Great location, 3 blocks to Lake Coeur d’Alene. Boat launch, park, splash pad, all within a few blocks. Walking distance to downtown area and several restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, washer, dryer. Has a nice backyard for relaxing outdoors. There was one issue with the BBQ, but Nancy sent a brand new BBQ the same day, within hours. Very responsive, was extremely empressed! Would love to stay at this location again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The house was great for our group of 4 adults. The house was nice and cozy, and it was within easy walking distance to the lake and the downtown area.

We had the absolute best stay at this gem of a home! It was the perfect Coeur d’Alene experience. With fresh flowers and local treats, the house had the most amazing details and was incredibly spotless. We walked down to dinner, over to the lake - the location was fantastic. We’ll be coming back to CDA and staying at this location again!

Nancy was great at communicating and helping out. She even went above and beyond with sand toys for my 5 year old. As others have said two bedrooms upstairs and two in the basement. The location is perfect to walk to town, the beach and a massive kids park. I would stay at this location again.

Clean house and lovey neighborhood walking distance from the beach, hiking around the park, downtown shopping area and only a block to the grocery store. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Two of the bedrooms were on the main floor with a bathroom and two of the bedrooms were in the basement with a second bathroom - in the heat of the summer my kids loved the coolness of the basement rooms. The backyard was well appointed with nice seating area and we made steaks on the gas grill one night. Plenty of towels and comfy couch for a movie night after a gorgeous hike one day.

We had an amazing stay at this little home during our daughter’s softball tournament. Our family of six (2 yrs to 14 yrs) felt right at home! The backyard was a fantastic space for our little kids to play. When Saturday turned rainy, we all cozied up inside and enjoyed the charming, cozy atmosphere with a puzzle. The cute kitchen was perfect for our needs. We loved being so close to coffee shops and restaurants, and the friendly neighbors and the safe street parking added to our positive experience. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

Great house that was described well in the listing. So close to downtown but also very quiet. All questions we had were answered promptly. Lots of amenities. Backyard bbq and lots of seating. Kitchen fully equipped and plenty of towels. I would recommend this location without hesitation. And the lake was 10 min walk to get too. We would come back to this house again!

Perfect size for my family of 4 with extra beds to spare. The house and neighborhood are adorable and the location is terrific! Super clean, comfy beds, high quality linens and towels and stocked with everything. We loved the backyard and fire pit at night. We will stay again if we return to CDA!

Very nice little house, same for backyard. Direct neighbor's dog was really loud and annoying but others were great. Basement is pretty dark, kids may not like it. Upstairs is all done clean and bright. Thanks.

You can’t beat the location! Easy walk into downtown, to Tubbs Hill and to Sanders Beach. Air conditioning works great which is important during the hot Summer months. Perfect backyard for relaxing and grilling. Quiet street. Well stocked home with essentials. Older home with very squeaky floors and downstairs sleep areas need some updating with new bedding etc but overall a great stay. Would stay here again.

Perfect location if you want to walk to the lake or downtown to shopping, bars, and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful oasis backyard with lights, grill, and seating. Our only concern was that check in time was 4pm and the cleaning person was still there when we arrived and didn’t finish up for several hours. This made it awkward for us to be in the house until around 8pm. If that is corrected, we highly recommend this home!

This home was perfect for my family (3 kids 9,7,4). It has bunk beds downstairs for the older kiddos and a room for the little one. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to a great park, splash pad, several beaches, restaurants and COFFEE! There is live music in the park on Wednesday afternoon with bouncy houses, vendors and beer. Hiking, geocaching at Tubbs park or cliff jumping also walking distance. Access to paddle boards, boats, kayaks also close. 30 minutes to Silverwood and an indoor water park(Triple Play). We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and the home served us perfectly.

Lovely old home in great CDA neighborhood. Close to the beach and downtown area. Beds were comfortable, beautiful fenced backyard and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to bike trails. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

We were here for a week in July. The home is a very short walk to downtown Coeur d' Alene, the lake, a grocery store, and in a lovely older neighborhood. The home was clean and description online was accurate (which isn't always the case), and had an amazing backyard!! We will definitely be back!
