Favolose viste sul lago che si affacciano su un caratteristico porticciolo. A solo un isolato a piedi da Sanders Beach per la tua nuotata quotidiana o un'escursione su Tubbs Hill fino al centro di Coeur d'Alene. Il cottage dispone di 3 camere da letto, due bagni, una cucina considerevole e un'ampia zona giorno; oltre 1.700 piedi quadrati.

Situato sul lato tranquillo del centro, è a pochi passi dal centro di Coeur d'Alene. Appena fuori Sherman Avenue troverai caffetterie, ristoranti, degustazioni di vini, shopping, musica dal vivo e una vivace scena artistica. Mentre passi davanti al centro della città, troverai il City Park; Spiaggia pubblica (con guardie stazionarie); il famoso Fort Sherman Playground; e noleggio barche, jet ski, kayak e canoe. Crociere sul lago, tour in idrovolante e para-vela sono anche attività estive popolari a noleggio.

L'area Coeur d'Alene ospita numerosi campi da golf, stazioni sciistiche, parchi acquatici e il famoso parco a tema Silverwood. I campi da golf includono il Coeur d'Alene Resort, il Circondare Raven, Le Highlands, Avondale e molti altri. Hum!!!

1st I had difficulty getting in because the front door lock's battery was low and I had to try multiple times and make several calls to get a hold of someone while I was standing in the cold.2nd the master bedroom had a terrible hum all night from the hot tub heater we think. The wall actually vibrated too. We never did use the hot tub. Really liked the kitchen table and view and the LR little sitting area and view. Also it was great being right next to the Tubbs trail.

Loved this cottage by the lake

We loved our stay here. The cottage is very well-appointed and true to the listing. It was very comfortable and the loft rooms were fun. Plus the location is fantastic - the stunning 2-mile loop trail around Tubbs Hill is steps away, the neighborhood is beautiful, the lake is just across the street, and downtown is an easy walk. Hot tub on the deck was also a treat. Can’t be beat! I hope to return.

Six Sisters Reunion

The property and location was great. It was a little bit difficult for 4 sisters to stay upstairs with no bathroom. We did Tubbs Hill and the beach. We all had a very good time, enjoyed the hot tub and never once turned om the television. Thanks for sharing your wonderful cottage.

Our October 2024 Mini Getaway

This was a very relaxing, enjoyable getaway! This little cottage was perfect for us, great view of Lake Coeur d'Alene on a quiet, safe street and area. Great stay

We absolutely loved this property and will try to book again in the future if we have another opportunity. We were in Coeur d'Alene for a wedding and the host even had a steamer available. The bride and her mom (me) were very grateful for that! We loved the view and sat each morning with coffee overlooking the lake.

Family Adventure in CDA

Perfect location! Steps away from the beach and Tubbs Hill and a quick walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The girls loved the access to the lake and the freedom to walk around in this quiet & safe neighborhood, the dog loved the little coves to splash around in the water and taking naps on the warm rocks and the wife and I loved the calm, simple life of the area and watching the moon move across the lake at night from the patio. Would highly recommend!

Perfect spot for young family

We came to CDA for my brother’s wedding. This cottage was a perfect location for us, as our kids are very young so being close to hiking and the beach made our visit to the area so much easier. My girls, ages 5 and 4, loved the tiny room that was just the right size for them. It’s a prime location and it had everything we needed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just one issue was I always felt we were being watched. Cameras on the outside of the house, real-estate office and mothers house all facing property. Other than that I recommend this property for family.

Loved the house

The house and location were perfect. The house was very nicely stocked. It would have been nice to have sponges for washing pans. The corkscrew was broken. We had a lot trouble watching tv. The host was very responsive and tried to help, but we ended up having to use my log in. This procedure should be simplified with very clear step by step instructions. Overall, we loved our stay and would be rest this house again.

Sisterhood of the traveling Aunts!

Our first visit to CDA was amazing! The house was lovely and well stalked. Owner was responsive. Favorite thing was to hike over Tubbs to The Bakery downtown, then walk back through the beautiful neighborhoods to hit the hot tub! 90 min Lake cruise was relaxing. CDA is perfect for a Girl's Trip. Upstairs occupants over 60+ might be challenged due to low ceilings and staircase.

Best little cottage in Coeur d’alene

The location was exceptional and such a spectacular view of Lake Coeur d’Alene. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of a bike ride or a hike. Beds were very comfortable towels and linens were very nice. The amenities were all correctly detailed and we really enjoyed the property would stay there again.

Great Location, Comfy Stay

Lakeshore Cottage was the perfect location for our stay in Coeur d'Alene. Just steps from the Tubbs Hill trail head and Sanders Beach, the cottage was clean, well-stocked, comfortable and charming. We loved the lake views, the hot tub, and the neighborhood filled with gorgeous homes. There were many restaurants and shops just an easy 15 minute walk away. Communication with the owner was fabulous. Her description of the property is accurate.
