Enjoy the best of CDA in your own private getaway. A modern designed, completely remodeled 1940s home with one-of-a-kind upgrades throughout!

Relax on the outdoor patio and look over the park-like golf course, unwind in the game room downstairs & have easy access to the best of CDA.

Fast - 500 mbps - WiFi and private work spaces make for the perfect place to work-from-home.

Golf, skiing, restaurants, hiking, shopping and more are just minutes away!

THE SPACE
Living/Dining/Kitchen
An open floor plan between the living, dining and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a 65” Smart TV with Netflix and live streaming via YouTube TV. The dining table has seating for 6 people - high chair is also available!

Fully upgraded kitchen with refrigerator, gas range stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, toaster, blender bullet and Keurig with an assortment of K-cups, sugar and creamer pods.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress and pillows to feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud! The Master suite also includes a private bathroom.

Two guest bedrooms have Queen memory foam mattresses, the other with a Full memory foam mattress. Downstairs in the play room, the couch pulls out into a Full size bed - perfect for the kids!

Full guest bathroom with bathtub is conveniently across from the upstairs guest bedroom and near living room. Another full guest bathroom with a shower only is located downstairs across from both bedrooms and laundry room. All bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash and a hair dryer.

Pack & Play is accessible for all guests to use as well!

Backyard
The backyard offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. The patio has multiple sitting areas and overlooks the second tee box of the CDA golf course. Ample space for games and to let the kids to run around.

The outdoor grill is fully quipped with a propane tank and grilling.

Other
The perfect place to WFH. High speed internet with coverage booster to ensure you can take all of your video conference calls without interruption. There is also a desk conveniently located in one of the guest bedrooms.

This is a pet-friendly home (dogs only)! We charge $150 per stay with pets in order to deep clean in case of allergies for guests who arrive after you.

Two bikes are available for guests to use. Beach access is only a few minutes away by bike or walking along the Atlas Trail!

Family Trip in Idaho

This was our first time in CDA and this house was perfect for our stay! It was in a great central location to explore - easy drive from the Spokane airport and close to downtown CDA and nearby cities like Rathdrum. Our family of 5 was so comfortable in the house with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Main level looked out onto the golf course which was beautiful. Our host Brianna was a great communicator and proactive with all of the details. Highly recommend!

Perfect home base

We were in town for a graduation and thought a house would be better than a few hotel rooms. It was such the right move - short drive to activities and the patio was perfect for enjoying a drink and reconnecting with family. The house is in great shape and the rooms were a good size.

Great stay in Cd’A

This property was very spacious and perfect for those traveling with a larger family. The view of the golf course was beautiful. Location was perfect as it was just a short drive to the lake, stores, etc., yet being on the golf course made you feel like you were miles away from anything. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice stay in Coeur d’Alene

Clean, updated, spacious and very nicely equipped home, was perfect for a short getaway and close to everything. Some higher end touches and a relaxing spot looking out onto the golf course.

Wow!

This home was a gem tucked away in the suburban area of CDA. We loved the ping pong table down stairs and the open living room, as well as the modern kitchen. There wasnt a need for us to bring anything besides our clothes; everything else was well thought of and provided for. It felt like we were staying in a very nice hotel with our "help desk" just a text away. I would 100% recommend this home for families who want to spend a couple of days at Silverwood Theme Park or just cruising around CDA or golf on the beautiful golf course in the backyard :)

Beautiful Home

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our family of 5. Our 2 teenagers each had their own room in the basement. They loved the space! Our 7 yr old was upstairs next to the Master. It was perfect. Fun to be on the golf course. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Great Stay in CDA

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Brianna’s house in CDA. The location is great and convenient to everything, stores, dining and the lake and river. Amenities were excellent and the backyard was spacious and great for the kids to play in when we weren’t out and about enjoying all the things CDA has to offer.
