This modern two bedroom condo is centrally located in Riverstone village. Adorned with luxury touches, vaulted ceilings and a spacious kitchen. Only steps away from Riverstone dining, convenient shopping, movie theatre, parks, trails and so much more! And just 5 minutes to downtown! Ideal for a couples getaway, family vacation, or business trip!
This luxurious condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, open living room, outdoor balcony, and in unit washer & dryer. The first bedroom offers a designated work space, smart TV, large walk in closet and ensuite bath with a spacious walk in shower. This home is fully stocked with paper towels, coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and detergents - laundry and dishwasher detergents, as well as bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard appliances. In addition to your own private outdoor patio, there is also a community patio with tables, BBQ and ample outdoor furniture!
One parking spot is included in your stay in the underground parking garage with direct elevator access.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The management of the property was not as good. They "doublebooked" and forced me into a much less desirable and appropriate option for one night. Then there were no towels on arrival...only to be found in the dryer. And after we checked out on time, i was told the cleaners stopped by and stated my party was still occupying the unit ( i got that message sitting at my gate at the airport!). Very disappointed in the management of this property.

Beautiful Location and Property

This Riverstone condo was incredibly clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The area is beautiful with so many short walks to the trails, river, shops and restaurants right outside your door. Unit was very secure, with it being located in a notable safe area of Coeur d'Alene. Property owner was very responsive with questions prior to stay and the entire process was seamless. Truly hope to have the pleasure of visiting this unit again in the future.

Great Get Away

Great location. Main Street has nice shopping, dining and wine bars. Only 1 1/2 miles to the main area by Coeur D’Alene lake. Shopping, restaurants, farmers markets, etc.

Coeur d Alene stay

We enjoyed our stay here. A great place to stay with close proximity to Spokane as well. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. A clean place with a comfortable beds. Quick 2 miles into the downtown area and we enjoy a walk along the lake as well.

Great location and beautiful condo

I thought the property was beautiful, it was my fiancé and I so we only used the master bedroom and living room. We dined out at a few of the restaurants in the area and grabbed ice cream from cold stone twice. Easy access to the condo and garage parking. Definitely will be back for another staycation

Nice condo in good spot

Very clean and comfortable condo in Riverstone. Close to nice shops, a great sandwich place and a Starbucks. Condo had a printer that we couldn’t access for a couple things we wanted to print. Not a typical amenity but since it was there it would have been nice to have use. Otherwise nice stay.

Home away from home

We were impressed with the cleanliness and location. The suite is well appointed and included so many little touches that made it easy to use the kitchen and laundry. Ample storage, safe parking, and SO close to Jet ski rental, EBike Rental and 1/2 block from movie theater. Couple block walk to the river boardwalk and great brunch at LePeep. Awesome reclining leather sofa. Good comfy mattresses and the A/C was great as well. Chilled beer glass inside the fridge. WOW. King bed in master was nice as well. Will definitely come back to this suite.
