Nestled right beside the scenic Centennial Trail in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, our charming Airbnb offers the perfect retreat for bike enthusiasts, adventure seekers, and fishermen. Just steps away from the Spokane River, with biking and walking trails galore, downtown Coeur d'Alene is minutes away in one direction, and the quaint town of Post Falls in the other. After a day of exploration, relax in our cozy, fully equipped home. Ideal for both short getaways and extended stays, discover the best of Idaho right from our doorstep. Perfect for adventure seekers and comfort seekers alike—your next ride starts here.

The Space:

Riverstone Village, as well as the park, are within walking distance to Casa de Riviera. Restaurants, shopping, parks, and the amazing Centennial Trail, which can take you to downtown Coeur d'Alene, are all nearby.

- Fall: A perfect time to visit with the leaves changing and cozy, crisp mornings. Bring a coat, and dress in layers as the temperature can vary throughout the day.
- Winter: Experience the quiet of snow falling and the beauty of North Idaho's snow-covered mountains. Pack warm clothing, and take advantage of local winter activities like skiing, snowshoeing, and more.
- Spring: Expect some rain, but don't let that deter you! Enjoy fun hikes, blooming wildflowers, and fishing trips, or explore indoor activities.
- Summer: Enjoy outdoor fun in the sun. Close windows during the day to keep cool, and let the breeze in at night. There are countless activities to enjoy, from lake days to hiking trails.

Upon booking, you will receive an email with a stay agreement. Please review and sign it for essential details. In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.

We walked the centennial trail every day. The walk along the lake is beautiful. Great parks down by the Coeur D’Alene hotel. Then there is the Tubbs hill hike. Just so much to do and see down there. We plan to stay longer next year. Wish we could move up there.

Great property for elderly folks with pet

This beautiful, well-appointed and pet-friendly home had no stairs, so my elderly parents had no trouble entering. It was a restful, beautiful retreat that I highly recommend.

Great house, great location

We were in town for a work conference in Post Falls. We wanted to be near the conference and also near Coeur D’Alene. This was perfect. There was a park and beautiful trail along the lake a block away. Food and coffee within walking. Court D’Alene downtown was less than 15 minutes. Everything was clean and instructions were clear, location was easy to find.

Nice spring get away

Newer home with a nice fully equipped kitchen. Furnishings were adequate but not fancy and the couch was well worn and a bit stained. There was a great little yard. The quiet location was wonderful and it was by a main trail. Would stay here again.

Excellent Location

Excellent location and great communication by host! The home was limited on what was stocked so I gave 4 stars. If I had it to do again, I would definitely bring some additional paper towels, trash bags, and cleansers along. The management requests you to start laundry and dishwasher prior to check out, but they only supply a small packet of cleanser, which I needed to use to do my small load of laundry. I have no problem getting these things started but adequate stocking of supplies to do such is needed. Again, great location, wonderful neighborhood and walking distance to parks and the Spokane River Trails.

Outstanding Experience!

My wife and I had a weekend planned to explore the North CDA area. Great location, close to all the amenities needed. My wife had easy access to a running trail. Owner was great to deal with. Very responsive and even went out of their way to get us checked in early. Will be staying there again on our next trip.

Great Location

Great home/Not so good host company

This home was beautiful, great location, and had all the amenities needed. However, NW Hosting made the stay not as great. We had to request arrival, instructions, and then were sent two different codes to enter, and no instructions. Finally figured it out on her own. Then, after we left, we realized a few personal items were left behind, and the host company was no help in locating them. Very disappointing and will never rent property through NW Hosting again.

Quick Trip

Property is nice but floors needed to be mopped. It is in a loud location - lots of traffic at times. Parking is tight for 2 cars. No central air, probably not an issue most of the time but the front bedroom didn’t have good air flow and got quite warm.

Great rental in excellent location

This is a very new home, super clean and well designed. Only a couple blocks away from the riverfront trail and Altas Park on the Spokane River. Close to some great restaurants and shops in the Riverstone Development. Has a small backyard with a sunny patio. We really enjoyed our stay.
