  • Our home offers a a spacious lower floor in a bright home located high on a hill with expansive views of both Lake Coeur d'Alene and Lake Fernan. Only 10 minutes from the center of downtown. Both sunrises and sunsets are daily visual treats. Our neighborhood is quiet and traffic is sparse.
    "Note": Hosts live on the upper floor and are available to offer assistance, friendly interaction or complete privacy as guests desire.

The mountain view from the living room and deck was spectacular! We sat in the hot tub in the evening and could see the beautiful Fernan Lake. It was a very relaxing weekend. Host was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend!

The view from this property was beautiful and the deck was a great place to lounge and watch the bald eagles sail by. The house is far enough out of town that it quiet, but close enough that it is easy to make runs to get groceries and such. The property itself is the basement of the owners home, so the ceilings are a bit low, but the large windows make up for this. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was amazing to sit in the mornings after that long hike. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

This is place is fabulous! The view from the deck is unbeatable and the hosts were very kind and hospitable. The house is very comfortable and was perfect for our family of 4. We would 100% recommend and will stay there again next time we are in Coeur d'Alene!

Fabulous deck and view!

Long time friends, three couples, met here for a relaxing weekend. We couldn't get enough of the fresh air and lovely view from the deck. This space was just right for the 6 of us. Kitchen was great, beds are very comfortable!

Fantastic place to stay, the view makes it all worth it! Glen and his wife have a lovely home that is well maintained and cared for. The home is well furnished and comfortable, four adults had ample room to spread out and relax. But we all wanted to be on the deck with the 180 deg view of Fernan Lake and Lake CDA! A much needed and very relaxing stay, looking forward to returning.

Fernan Lake Gem

Location was extremely clean and comfortable. Owners did an amazing job communicating with us during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The views from the deck are incredible!

Fantastic place

Everything about this property was perfect from the house, to the stocked kitchen, to the incredible view. Owners were great and so nice making sure we had what we needed when we got there. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Wonderful stay on a hill overlooking Fernan Lake and Lake CDA! We even saw fireworks from the deck! The home was bright, clean, comfortable, with lovely decor and furnishings. Ideal location very close to town attractions and amenities but not in the thick of the crowds. Also well situated for the short drive to excellent bike trails— the Trail of the Hiawatha and the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes. The home and hot tub provided us the place we needed to rest and relax before and after our bike rides.
