The Space:
There’s a wall by the dining nook that’s never quite the same from one stay to the next. It’s called the Community Canvas, and it’s filled with artwork left by past guests. Grab the art supplies and a prompt card, then leave a doodle, a note, or a sketch of something you saw by the lake. If a piece on the wall makes you smile, you’re welcome to take it home and leave something of your own for the next guest.

The Creative Escape is a loft-style studio with bold patterned curtains, colorful artwork, and black-and-white kitchen tile. A decorative divider gives the king sleeping area some separation from the living room, where a fold-down sofa bed brings the total capacity to four. You’ll also have a private bathroom, a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat.

The kitchenette has a cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee station, cookware, and dishes for breakfast or a light meal. Pull up a stool at the dining nook to eat or spread out your art supplies. French doors open onto your private porch when you’re ready to sit outside.

With a free dedicated parking spot in the heart of downtown Coeur d’Alene, you can park once and head out on foot. Browse the shops on Sherman Avenue, grab dinner downtown, or spend the afternoon by Lake Coeur d’Alene, The Coeur d’Alene Resort, McEuen Park, or Tubbs Hill.

Self check-in makes it easy to settle in. The studio and porch are private, and the building’s entry hallways are shared with guests in the other individually themed apartments. Dogs are welcome and must be included on your reservation. Cats are not permitted.
