This home is a quick walk to downtown Coeur d'Alene and the beautiful views of Coeur d’Alene Lake. The city of Coeur d’Alene has an active downtown scene, many great restaurants, and lots of local shops. You will also be minutes from numerous trailheads for hiking or mountain biking. This area is known for the four season weather showing bright, white snow in the winter, beautiful blooming and green grass in the spring, sunshine and heat in the summer, and colorful turning leaves with a slight chill in the fall. Take a drive north to the great Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach Water Park. Get your adrenaline pumping with a Zip Line Tour or find relaxation on a sunset cruise across Coeur d’Alene Lake. This area has it all!

Comfortable and close to downtown

The house was very comfortable. My only frustration was parking, but it all worked out fine. It was the busiest day of the year (4th of July) and we were still able to get the two curbside parking spots but I admit I was anxious. Other than that, they’ve done a great job remodeling this historic gem of a house. Good job!
