“Clean room. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Would recommend!”

“the breakfast was nonexistent, the air conditioning left you feeling sticky and wet due to no humidity control. few trash cans on property and the ones in room only in bathroom and tiny. King size suite and table on one side of bed so light was minimal. Also only one table beside the sofa. Just didn't seem to be anything to make your stay comfortable. no water in room to make coffee, fridge was not cold and micro was very hard to open.”

“Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me”
