“It isn’t the fault of owners. But. A group of 5 guests decided that talking outside their room at 11pm was cool. They declined to take the conversation inside. Otherwise. Good value. Good location”

“The property is old and they had renovated our room, it was comfortable and clean. We arrived, used their well stocked communal kitchen and went to sleep. There is some minor road noise but it only applies to light ”

“The grounds are beautifully planted and well maintained. More lighting and sign posting is needed at night. The room was adequate for our needs however, we were promised a ground floor room because of my husband’s mobility issues and were given a second floor room only accessible by stairs. The overflow car park was a considerable distance from the room. The floor needed to be mopped. Having said that the room was quiet and restful.”

“There are a lot of little things wrong like washing machine broken, hot water not in all showers but the staff are very helpful and the location to everywhere regardless of how you are travelling is fabulous If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs I will file it under my cheap and cheerful category for future reference FYI, no lift so pack lightly”
