Although I booked late the amazing staff member over the phone was able to help me with late check-in protocol and took all my details. She was very helpful and pleasant to talk too. The Discovery Park’s notified me on numerous occasions, prior to arriving that the water equipment was closed for the moment. It was understandable as it was wet weather all the weekend.
