The holiday complex is located on a hill with pine and cork oak trees on approximately 11 hectares of land. From the terrace of Villa Christina you can enjoy a wonderful view of the castle in Grimaud. On the entrance floor of the holiday home you will find a living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchenette and the dining area with access to a second sunny terrace are on a mezzanine. Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the upper floor. One bedroom is upstairs. In the entrance area you can use a - partially - covered loggia. The villa is tastefully equipped for 4 adults. 2 supermarkets about 900 m away. In the complex you also have tennis courts and 3 pools. Bistro is open from April to September.
You have access to the 3 pools that are open from May 1st to August 31st and a fenced garden.
The beaches of Port Grimaud and St. Tropez are easily accessible by car. https://youtu.be/RrxFmuOxi60 The house is very conveniently located (just up the hill and you immediately come to the roundabout with connection options in all directions) From the pool and the 'pool terrace' you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Alps, the blue sea and the coast of St.Tropez and St.Maxime.

The Gulf of St. Tropez: The Gulf of St. Tropez is known for its special CLIMATE with over 300 days of sunshine per year. Famous personalities and artists such as P. Signac, Matisse, B. Bardot, Benetton and Karajan are just a few who have settled here. Especially on the coast you will find numerous wills from many celebrities. St. Tropez is a small town that receives around 6 million visitors a year. Hardly any other place in Europe has so much charm that you can easily discover, especially in the early and late season.

This house is perfect for up to 4 people and offers you one bedroom.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after enjoying the sun during the day. Sit on the couch and read a good book or alternatively use the good facilities including a flat screen TV with satellite reception, CD player, DVD player and radio.
You can prepare your favorite meals in the modern kitchen. Enjoy your meal around the dining table that seats 8 or outside in the garden or on the terrace and enjoy the views of the mountains, pool and sea.
The house has a cozy bedroom with a double bed. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.
The house features central heating, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine and a fan.

Golf courses: You will find more than 25 golf courses within a radius of approx. 50 km.
Excursions: Cannes approx. 70 km, Nice approx. 80 km, Monaco-Monte Carlo approx. 110 km, you drive to Monaco along the coast, one of the most beautiful car routes in the world. Nearby: Port Grimaud (Little Venice), Grimaud - with the Grimaldi castle ruins. Sant Maxime about 10 km away. Grass- Route des Napoleons about 50 km away (city of perfumery). Frejus- with old Roman sights. Antibes- with a view of the Alps. Guaranteed, 5 weeks are not enough to get a taste of things. But that doesn't matter, you'll come back!

Appartement très fonctionnel. Terrasse très agréable.... Une séparation sur la terrasse de derrière serait souhaitable quand il y a des enfants.... Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Das Appartement liegt in einer Feriensiedlung etwas oberhalb von Port Grimaud. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber insbesondere für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Ausstattung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top.

Wir waren für sechs Tage in der Villa Christina und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement beinhaltet alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Die Küche ist sehr gut sortiert und sauber. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es genug Stauraum für die Kleidung. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber ebenfalls sehr sauber und neuwertig sowie eine separate Toilette. Die beiden Terassen laden zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt drei Pools, die benutzt werden können. Einer davon ist öffentlich zugänglich, die anderen beiden Pools sind für bestimmte Häuser, der Anlage zugänglich und bieten einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Port Grimaud . Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend abseits vom Trubel mit Blick auf Grimaud. Die schönen Strände Pampellone und L'Escalat sind mit dem Auto in 20 Min. erreichbar. Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud, Saint Maxime, um nur ein paar Orte zu nennen, sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Kurz gesagt, das Appartement bietet einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt um die schöne Cote d'Azur zu entdecken.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung inmitten einer tollen Anlage. Pools, Restaurants und Baguettes & Croissants in direkter Umgebung. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und man ist schnell am Hafen und am Strand. Hat mir und meiner Familie viel Spaß gemacht.

Es war alles vorhanden in dem Haus. Die Betreuung war sehr nett. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Beiden Terrassen laden zum draußen sitzen ein. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit die wir dort verbringen konnten. Auch mein Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Viele Grüße C. Mader und M. Lellbach

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen, zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der "Villa Christina", die sehr schön und dazu gut ausgestattet war. Deshalb haben wir uns wie in eigenem Zuhause gefühlt:-)

Wie bereits im vergangenen Jahr haben wir uns auch dieses Jahr für das Ferienhaus "Villa Christina" entschieden. Die 2 Wochen vergingen wie im Flug. Das Ferienhaus war wieder ein toller Ausgangspunkt für ein paar schöne Ausflüge. In diesem Jahr war jedoch mehr Erholung an den schönen Pools angesagt bzw. auf der kleinen Terrasse. Leider war das Bistro mit der Bäckerei wieder geschlossen. Darauf hatten wir uns schon gefreut. Auch für das nächste Jahr haben wir wieder vor das Ferienhaus zu mieten. Vielen Dank Herr Jessusek.

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es auch auf den Bildern abgebildet war. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses ist für diverse Ausflüge ideal. Auch die drei Pools sind sehr schön; vor allem die zwei oberhalb sind mit einer gigantischen Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Die Abwicklung mit der Hausverwaltung vor Ort war unkompliziert und der Aufenthalt mit Hund war unproblematisch. Was Schade war, dass es kein WLAN gab aber dies wird wohl in nächster Zeit erledigt. Sollten wir nochmal an der Cote Azur unseren Urlaub verbringen, werden wir wieder dieses Häuschen anmieten.

Wir waren jetzt das 3. Jahr dort. Die Unterkunft ist nach wie vor sehr gepflegt. Diesmal war sogar das Bistro geöffnet und wir hatten jeden Morgen frische Baguettes und Croissants. Die Lage ist einfach super. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir kommen wieder!

Die bisherigen positiven Bewertungen und Bilder mit Beschreibungstexten können wir komplett bestätigen. Wir waren das erste Mal an der Cote d Àzur und mit Sichrheit nicht das letzte Mal. Auch wir haben vorab alle Fragen durch H. Jessüsek schnell und unproblematisch beantwortet bekommen. Das Haus selbst ist ein sehr guter Start um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben Ausflügle nach St. Tropez, Cannes; Nizza, Monaco/Monte Calro und Grasses unternommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie beschrieben im Text absolut ausreichend. Abends ging es dann sehr oft nach Port Grimaud um noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen bzw. zu trinken. Hier können wir das Restaurant Rivalto nur empfehlen. Preise noch in Ordnung und sehr leckere Pizza. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung kam von selbst und hat uns gefragt, ob Sie ein paar Bilder von uns machen soll. Das wurden dann 10 aus allen Richtungen. Super! Leider war das Bistro geschlossen und somit hatten wir kein WLAN. Die Hausverwaltung wusste auch nicht weshalb und sagte nur der Vermieter hätte kein WLAN. Aber das schmählert nicht unseren wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus selbst mit den zwei Terrassen bietet alles was man benötigt. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder und dann auch wieder in die Villa Christina . Vielen Dank!
