“All the staff were friendly, professional and helpful, however Casey provided especially attentive service, going above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all the services and amenities the hotel has to offer. We very much enjoyed our swim in the pool before dinner and the entire facility is one of the classiest I have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Albany, NY.”

“Very good hotel. We've been there for a stop-over: it's a convenient location close to the highway (and nice shopping malls too); the staff has been very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Very much appreciated also the availability 24/7 of hot coffee and tea.
The indoor pool with Jacuzzi, everything accessible, has also been very much appreciated. The room was spacious and with very comfortable beds.
The large availability of parking (for free) made the short stay...
